The property was great!! They had it decorated so well and all the furniture was comfortable. It was very well stocked with all the things you would need, the coffee provided was a great bonus for us. Great location, just a short uber ride to the French quarter. The host was great with communication. I would definitely stay there again.

Trevor was very responsive. The place was beautiful, clean and he had a coffee bar for us. Nice location. We had a special request and the host Trevor was happy to help. I would give 10 stars if I could! Best experience ever with VRBO. Thank you Trevor

We stayed here for a girl’s trip and it was perfect. Close to the trolley for travel. We walked to Magazine Street for shopping.

the property was very clean and looking new! Was a great neighborhood and we used the visitor parking at the hospital across the street to park...only 8 a day and sometimes free...very secure. no vagrants hanging around...great security...felt safe. Close to trolleys and the host was terrific..immediate responses to all of our questions. The street traffic could be heavy between 4 and 7 but after that very quiet. Since the patio faced the street, it initially worried us but there were no problems..spent every evening playing cards out there. air conditioning perfect since it got hot outside....kept the place very cool...great comfortable beds as well..thank you Trevor! Bring your own spices for cooking..

We used this pied-a-terre for a great jazz fest weekend with family. I can’t comment on parking as we didn’t have a car but the location is easy walking to Magazine Street and great food and shops. The best part of our stay was our host - he was incredibly responsive to my requests and I gave him a few suggestions for improvement which he appreciated!

Perfect location close to the streetcar and Magazine Street. Multiple bars, coffee, and restaurants are walking distance. The hospital next door is fairly quiet at night, we only heard one loud ambulance over the weekend. Gated entry makes the property feel extra secure.

The host was very helpful and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The property is as described and lovely. It was well stocked with coffee and paper goods and cleaning supplies. Great location near the streetcar stop and Fresh Market. Walking distance to Magazine Street. I would highly recommend.

This was a great spot. Walkable to Magazine and St. Charles. A short ride to the French Quarter. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive.

Comfortable four bedroom in the Garden District

This is a great place to stay with family or friends. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room, and walking distance to Magazine Street and surrounding area.

Amazing stay in NOLA

We are four sisters, who had an amazing five day stay in this property. The location is terrific, right on the Saint Charles trolley line at the edge of the Garden district. The beds are amazingly comfortable, and the place is spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find, well stocked, close to grocery, private, walk to trolley, large living room for gathering. Enjoyed our stay. fyi-beds are firm
