Recently renovated and beautifully decorated, this bright home is filled with natural light and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

With three bedrooms and two baths, this home is ideal for family vacations or getaways with friends. Enjoy modern amenities including a fully updated kitchen, spacious living room with leather sectional and LCD TV, and a dining area that overlooks the sparkling in-ground pool. The primary suite features a king-size bed and a luxurious bath with a large walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have queen-size beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable space to unwind.

Bring your furry friends along, as pets are welcome for an additional fee of $100 per pet plus tax. Let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet so we can accommodate your reservation.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
