The home sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably. A split bedroom floor plan provides comfort and privacy. The master suite features a plush king-size bed and en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed for ultimate comfort. The third bedroom is a fun and functional kids’ quarter with a twin XL over queen bunk and an additional twin-over-twin bunk—ideal for 2 adults with 2 kids or up to 4 kids.

This is a non-smoking home. A $500 fee will be charged for violations. The owner’s boat is not available for guest use. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay! Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the private swimming pool, boat dock (not the lift), outdoor bar, fire pit, and shaded dining area. Inside, you’ll have access to the fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, smart TVs, office area, and all provided amenities like beach gear, bikes, and pet supplies. Self check-in is easy and secure with a smart lock system.
