Harbor Front Condo Across from Boardwalk

This fully furnished condo is located in the heart of town in the historic Story & Clark Piano Factory. A large one bedroom, it features high exposed ceilings and windows, original beams, wooden floors and fully equipped kitchen with movable island. Unique, spacious floor plan with large bathroom, separate Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. You will enjoy the balcony with gas grill and bistro dining.

The boardwalk is located directly in front of the building with access to boutiques, marina, restaurants, pier, and the beaches. The trolley leaves right from Chinook Pier to the beach if you don't want to walk or ride a bike. The Harbor front Condos are connected by a covered walkway to restaurants and shops with many more all within a few minutes walk.

Fishing charters, sailboat cruises and miles of bike trails are at your doorstep and one of Michigan's premier beaches is minutes away. You can watch the musical fountain from the roof top deck or simply cross the street to the channel park. The Farmers market is a 3 minute walk for your fresh flowers and produce.

Jeannine’s condo was super clean, decorated beautifully, and very convenient in downtown grand Haven. I highly recommend this condo for couples.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, beach and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and quiet.Highly recommend The Kirby House and Lucy’s for food and drinks and Pronto Pups for a great deep fried hotdog on a stick. We loved Grand Haven!

The condo was very clean and is appointed with just about anything you'd need. There is a small balcony which faces the back street which has a gas grill and a table and chairs. We enjoyed having our coffee out there in the morning. The roof top is very nice for watching the musical fountain shows in the evening. There is also a cute, air-conditioned multi purpose game or party room up there. We loved the location. Walkable to just about everything. Easy access to your car in a private lot. The free trolley is also available.It would be nice to have a luggage cart to transport items from your car to the condo and back. If you have room, a foldable wagon would come in handy!

This is a great property. The location is fantastic and the unit is spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. A really unique design! We’ve stayed in the building several times and this may be our new favorite. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful wooden beams and decor. Very nice place to stay and the owner is very helpful and super nice with any questions. Nice jacuzzi tube was a bonus we weren’t planning on. Everything you need is in the rental, which is very nice. Just bring your food and all utensils and more are provided. I rate this place A

We had an amazing time in Grand Haven! This condo is within walking distance to the downtown area. Jeannine was an amazing host and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had and we didn’t have any trouble contacting her when we had questions. Highly reccomend

We live in Grand Haven in the summer and always meet all the renters that stay in our condo. We love this beach and town, the combination can't be beat! We travel a bit and always compare our beach and Grand Haven always wins! Good Morning America had it right! We always meet our renters at the condo and if they are new to the area give them tips on things to do if they decide relaxing on the beach is not enough!

We love the town of Grand Haven with the beautiful beach, boardwalk to the pier and the unique small town atmosphere that still has good restaurants and shops. This condo had such a 'big city' feel with the brick walls and wooden floor but in my favorite 'small town' with lots of good entertainment and relaxation
