As of July 2026, we have a second condo in the same building. This is on the lower unit with a nearly identical layout and very comparable amenities. Brand new furniture, bedding, carpet, lighting. The VRBO listing is 5386368 if you are interested in comparing the units or if you want to look at different available dates.

Our Grand Haven Condo with breathtaking Lake Michigan views is waiting for you! We invite you to experience relaxation and tranquility in our upscale beachfront retreat. This condo has all the amenities of home; two bedrooms, one bath and an open living area. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with a sitting area. Bedroom #2 has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The main sitting area has a flat screen TV, eating area and fully stocked open kitchen. The condo has a front deck/balcony with plenty of space for enjoying the breathtaking Lake Michigan and lighthouse views.

5 day stay minimum is typical, inquire about exception. 10% discount for 7 day stay. 30% discount for 28 day stay or longer. Inquire about longer stays (longer than 1 month).

Loved the cozy beach atmosphere. The property does not need a larger TV. The downstairs neighbor, Jim was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of four had the perfect vacation at this rental and will certainly stay here again. Perfect location to the beach and walkable to some eats. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The property location is outstanding. Dedicated on-site parking, which is a big deal in this location. The amenities are complete. We were able to cook a few meals, but could not get the grill to work. The property is clean with attention to details like beach gear essentials. The host was very attentive during our stay and minor issues addressed promptly.

Nicest and cleanest property we have stayed in on Lake Michigan. Beautiful views and close to all the amenities. Gets a little noisy with state park in evening , however , when the park closes at 10pm it is very quiet. Mornings were so beautiful looking over Lake MI and very quiet. Will definitely go back. Sheri , the property manager, very easy and nice to work with.

This was a beautiful spot! Right across from the beach/water access. It was well kept and the manager was easy to communicate with. Would happily recommend!

Beautiful, very very clean condo. All the kitchen essentials. A quick walk to the beach and a playground for the kids. Good communication overall. My only note is that the listing didn’t inform us that the laundry is not in-unit and it costs. It’s downstairs, shared with 4 units, and the washer/dryer are coin operated. I wish this would’ve been made clear.

The condo was spotless and cozy with a gorgeous view! Sherri, the property manager, quickly replied to all our requests and questions. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency we had to leave after one night. We hope to stay there again one day.

Right across the street from a beach- you can’t beat listening to the waves everyday and seeing all the colorful kites in the sky. This quaint condo is perfect for small families seeking a perfect beach getaway.

Perfect location!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this condo. It’s location is perfect, directly across from Grand Haven state park and wonderful view of the lake. Easy walking distance to the beach, short walk to the boardwalk with restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again in a hearbeat!
