Great lakeside propery

The house was cute, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We made good use of the kayaks, dock, and hot tub. Anita was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay!

Property owners were so helpful! Lovely place, wonderful amenities, great dock with dinner seating looking over the water at the bluffs. Everything you could need supplied.

Excellent hosts

We had a family emergency, and the hosts were thoughtful and understanding the entire time. They even blocked out an extra week so no one else could rent in case we needed to extend our stay, which we did. The place was very nice and met our needs perfectly. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Hosts went above and beyond for us, and we are extremely grateful. Thank you.

Relaxing Lake getaway

Our family was impressed with the layout of the house, appliances, beautiful updates and attentiveness of the owners. We had everything we needed and more! The dock and kayaks provided a fun lake experience!

Celebrated July 4th & “C” remission!

We enjoyed this cozy respite with our family! The host was always quick to respond with any questions we had, property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was perfect, the kayaks were used each day with easy access to the dock, and the water was calm, far enough away from busy boaters! If you want to rent a boat during a holiday, try so well in advance. Will be back!

Wonderful!

This property was perfect! Everything was set up beautifully, home was well stocked with all the cooking essentials, and having extras like kayaks and fishing poles was definitely a plus. Having the swimming dock so close was wonderful for the hot summer days, and the fenced in backyard was great for the kids and safety. It was the perfect home away from home!

Wonderful!

We had an awesome long weekend! We spent most of the weekend out on the dock by the water. The kids (ages 16, 14, 10) loved the fishing and the kayaks. Looking for a time to try to get back again soon. House has everything you need and is super close to town for groceries, etc. Anita and her husband were awesome hosts! Highly recommend!

Wonderful reprieve from a busy summer

We were looking for a place to relax and spend some uninterrupted time as a family before school starts back. The Green House was perfect. The kitchen was amazingly appointed with all the items you could possibly want. The ping pong table was a huge hit and our boys went home begging for one of their own. Everything from the washer/dryer to the tvs worked perfectly. The lake access and swimming dock were perfect for launching the kayaks, fishing or just lazing around the lake. It was lovely all around!

Great house with beautiful views and great owner!

We stayed the first weekend in October, and it was beautiful. Aided by perfect weather, the views were beautiful all times of day. Anita was really helpful in showing us her dock and getting kayaks ready to take out. The placement on Beaver Lake is really good. We did some fishing, relaxing, and kayaking. The house itself was great! Kitchen had everything we wanted/needed. Layout was good for dining, playing games, and relaxing. The deck wraps around the back and provided terrific views toward the lake. I just can't find a complaint. We all loved it, including the teen-aged kids. I definitely recommend!

Relaxing weekend

Our family had a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend at the property. The listing is as described and there were no surprises. Anita greeted us and showed us around the property. There was plenty of firewood, a cornhole set, a ping-pong table, hot tub, and we enjoyed taking our kids out on the kayaks. Our kids did a lot of fishing and loved it — they caught and released about 30 perch and a few small basses from the dock. The view of the lake at sunset is beautiful. There were several hummingbirds who regularly visited the feeder and we enjoyed having coffee and reading on the patio. The house was very well stocked and clean. The only complaint is that the futon beds had a large bar in the middle that made them somewhat uncomfortable for our kids who slept on them. We truly had a lovely, relaxing, fun weekend connecting as a family and enjoying nature, and the property was well-suited for those pursuits.

Lake side house

Anita is a wonderful host. Property borders the lake. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. House very relaxing. Close to Springdale plus easy drive to historic sites in this part of Arkansas.

We had a GREAT Family vacation here!

This wonderful property was so close to all of the city activities, but felt very quiet and private at the house, on the dock and kayaking on the lake! The Hosts are great, and having kayaks available for everyone was super convenient! Thank you!

Perfect everything

Our blended family stayed for a week. Owners were awesome to deal with and accommodating to all our needs with three toddlers. Great location with private access to the water. Thanks for use of the kayaks. Looks like our crew will be purchasing some now. Correspondence with Anita was easy and timely. We hope to make this our new annual family vacay.

Beautiful!!!

Anita and Arlin's place had everything we wanted and more. The house is amAzing. Plenty of room for our family, gorgeous views and lots of wildlife. Well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were readily available while allowing us our privacy. I can't say enough good things about our stay here and we'll definitely be back.

Lake front oasis

This property was just what we needed - a family getaway to a beautiful home with birds chirping, water views, and easy access to the water. We loved everything about this home and the amenities- especially the hot tub, ping pong table, and chess game. Highly recommend! The owner was super friendly and very responsive to questions.

Spring weekend in Fayetteville

We found this house on the lake beautiful and quaint, spacious for our family of 5, 3 bikes and 2 rental cars. A great home base in a glorious setting. Only wish we weren’t so busy during our stay to enjoy the kayaks, ping pong table and grill. Anita and Arlan were very responsive, helpful and kind. Would love to return!

Beautiful & Cozy
