Cozy home with dining area, bar area, island, bright kitchen for cooking and prepping meals with a large kitchenette/bar in downstairs living area with pool table. Beautiful water front house

We had an amazing family gathering for our daughter’s wedding in northwest Arkansas. The family loved the house and access to Fayetteville, Rogers, and Bentonville. Jennifer is a fantastic host and provided a fun list of local activities and places to visit.

2nd stay with host and their property

We stayed at the sister property last year and loved it. It was a no brainer to come back this year. Smaller group so stayed at the other house a few doors down. I think we’ve found a yearly destination. Can’t say enough great things!

Weekend boating getaway

This property had everything you could ask for including beach, dock access (not overnight), backed into a beautiful cove. The house was clean and spacious and the host was friendly and very helpful! Thank you for the hospitality!

Family vacation at Beaver Lake

Our stay at this property was great! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the deck was a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee. Jennifer was a super host and answered any questions I had so quickly. We look forward to staying there again!

Perfect Beaver Lake Getaway!

Perfect location! We loved being able to swim in the lake right from the backyard. House was comfortable, has an awesome deck, and was very well stocked.

Family get away

House was cozy with plenty of amenities. Beds were super comfortable. Nice view with coffee in the monring on the back porch looking at lake. Definitely coming back.to this house!

Amazing lake setting

Great place and a great location

Our family had a blast on this trip. The house was fantastic and so close to the water. The beach is mostly rocks so I’d suggest bringing water socks. The lake is beautiful and so clean. I would definitely suggest Jennifer’s house to all friends and family.

Beautiful location on Beaver Lake

Perfect house for a weekend with family and friends in for my daughter’s graduation at U of A. Plenty of space for entertaining and everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board provided. We would love to come back and spend a week! Jennifer was a wonderful host and answered promptly with any questions we had.

Sister and Brother trip

The property owner was absolutely prefect. The house is beautiful and everything you need at your fingertips The view of the lake is stunning 😍 Good communication, checkin was very easy and house was very clean I would highly recommend it

Great house right on the water

This house has a great deck with amazing views. Probably as close to the water as you can get. Its a pretty gentle slope with a walkway that is probably halfway to the water (depending on lake level). Very enjoyable stay

Peaceful Moments

We throughly enjoyed our brief stay. Property was very clean, surroundings beautiful and peaceful. We had a great diiner at Fat Chef and really enjoyed the staff there. Overall our stay was fantastic. Highly recommend. Carolyn and Mike Jenkins

Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfortable to stay in. We loved that it was just a few steps from the lake. We were able to walk right down to the boat we rented. Definitely needs some work on the outdoor stairs and handrails.

Amazing Lake House!!

Our family has stayed at quite a few lake house rentals and this was by far the best one yet! I appreciated the house warming snacks left, the cleanliness of the house, and the ability to check-in early. Communication with the owner was also great. We'd love to come back again! Thank you for making our vacation special!

Great lakefront property!

This is an amazing property with amazing owners. The communication was top notch and they were very reactive to our questions and requests. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, but I did need a step stool (provided) to use the microwave. The pool table was well used during our stay and we were happy to find all the pieces necessary to play many games. The views off the deck are great of the lake. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Lake Home!

We had a family vacation with our adult children and our grandchildren. The home had everything we could have possibly needed. We loved having such close access to the lake where we enjoyed kayaking, fishing, floating and playing in the water. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend together!
