Relax in the private hot tub on the deck after a long, fun-filled day and watch the snow gently fall as you soak your tired muscles. With ski-in/ski-out access and just steps from your door, your mountain experience awaits you!

What’s nearby:
Ideally located in the Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley, this condo is ski-in/ski-out for the winter season and easy access to mountain biking and hiking trails for summer. You will be pampered with fine dining options, top-of-the-line sportswear shops, and Deer Valley’s signature boutique store for your convenience within the Silver Lake Village. Located three miles from historic Main Street in Park City, a car is recommended. However, you may also take the Park City Transportation by using the #4 Orange bus which runs every 30 minutes at 22 and:52 after the hour, directly to the Old Town Transit Hub on Main Street. The bus stop is located outside the building on Royal Street, outside ColeSport. The bus is free! You'll find an array of activity options at Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resorts, along with Historic Main Street options such as the Park City Museum, shops, and top-rated dining for your pleasure.

Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home has no AC.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
- This unit is located above Christy’s Sports, which offers great access to ski rentals and gear if needed! Unfortunately, this also comes with additional noise, which can last into the evening after closing as they tune skis throughout the winter.

Parking Details:
- Parking for the Mont Cervin Plaza is located in the Silver Lake Village parking garage. You'll receive a QR code via email to scan at the entrance gate. Park in the designated parking spot for your unit.
- Free parking for one car. Additional parking costs $50/day per car.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Great Stay

Mount Cervin had an excellent location within steps to the lifts, skin storage, good food, shops and restaurants. Our unit had everything we needed, nothing more. The hot tub was clean and hot & so enjoyable after a day on the slopes! Laundry makes all the difference for our family and the unit had detergent and clean machines. Communication with the Avant team was excellent.

Good place

Super close to the lifts. And plenty of room.But you are in the Plaza so expects some delivery trucks "beeping" early in the morning. They did not wake me up, but my wife is a light sleeper and she was woken by them

Great Location, Bad Unit

The Good: This location is steps away from Deer Valley's centrally located Silver Lake Lodge with 3 ski lifts available and several shops/restaurants nearby. The location is very nice. The Avant Stay management team was quick to respond to any issues like turning on the gas fireplace, which was a little tricky. The Bad: Several appliances did not work properly, including the dryer. Upon further investigation, there are reviews that the dryer has not been operational since 2022, which begs to question if the property is being managed properly. In the future, I will pay more attention to the reviews and try to confirm that certain appliances are fixed before booking. Additionally, the half-bathroom toilet was running constantly and the master bathroom tub was leaking. The Ugly: On the second day of our stay we decided to eat in. We disposed of some leftover chicken soup down the garbage disposal and ran it. It was clogged and must have been clogged from prior since we had not used the disposal up until this point. The remnants of food came up into both sinks and was a putrid foul smell that made my family and I want to vomit. The smell permeated the entire condo and wasn't fixed until the next day. Upon further investigation, the sink was leaking underneath and it was determined the garbage disposal had broken. Given the above information, I suspect the disposal may have been broken for some time and not addressed. For the money, I expect a lot better!

Good Location But Unclean Unit

Good location if you want to be in the Silver Lake area at Deer Valley. But, it doesn't seem to be managed with much care (perhaps because we stayed in the summer rather than winter?). The surfaces were horribly dusty and all of the sheets were dirty with black marks and hair. We notified AvantStay right away, and although they were responsive, they only offered to send someone the next day. We had to wash the sheets ourselves to even be able to sleep in them. Nothing else was offered to us, so we were very disappointed.

Great location

20 yards to Sterling Express Lift Ski rentals at Christy Sports. 6 min drive to Main Street. 3 feet of snow in 2 days. Couldn’t ask for more ( maybe wood fire place instead of gas😎)

Great condo

Clean and comfortable condo. Nicely equipped and furnished. Check in/out very easy. Management very responsive. Only complaint would be to provide free parking of a second car. Would stay here again.

Fantastic location with excellent amenities

I could not have asked for a more convenient and beautifully appointed condo for my visit to Deer Valley. The location was only steps away from skiing… with a few restaurant selections next door. I highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Deer Valley…
