Mont Cervin sits in Silver Lake Village, mid-mountain at Deer Valley, where the ski day starts and ends at your own front door. Inside, the condo reads as a genuine alpine retreat — warm stone, natural wood, and sophisticated mountain décor that holds up to a full week with the family.

The oversized stone fireplace is the center of gravity. It's where everyone ends up once the boots come off: a glass of wine, the day's runs replayed with the usual exaggeration, and the fire doing most of the work.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for real cooking — a proper dinner for the group, an early breakfast before first chair, or a round of hot cocoa for whoever came in coldest.

The deck is where the day actually finishes. The private hot tub sits out there, and there's nothing quite like sinking into it while the snow comes down soft and steady over the village.

Ski-in/ski-out access means the lifts are steps away all winter, and when the snow clears, those same slopes turn into mountain biking and hiking trails — this is a home that works in every season. Silver Lake Village keeps the essentials close, too: fine dining, top-of-the-line sportswear shops, and Deer Valley's signature boutique are all a short walk from the door.

Historic Main Street in Park City is about three miles down the hill, with the Park City Museum, the shops, and some of the best dining in the state. A car makes the trip easy, but you don't need one — the free #4 Orange bus stops right outside the building on Royal Street by ColeSport and runs every half hour, at :22 and :52 past, straight to the Old Town Transit Hub. Between Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain, there's more to do than a single trip allows — which is a good reason to come back, and a better reason to end each night on the deck.

Park City's summers are just as special as its winter peak season. Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home has no AC.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
- This unit is located above Christy's Sports, which offers great access to ski rentals and gear if needed! Unfortunately, this also comes with additional noise and intermittent vibrations in the living room area, which can last into the evening after closing. AvantStay does not have control over this activity.
- PLEASE NOTE: The ski shop is directly below this unit and the living room may vibrate intermittently even in off-season when equipment are used and we do not have control over whenever it happens.
- Please note that the building’s elevator is out of service for renovations with no confirmed completion date. It is currently estimated to remain unavailable through at least the end of October.

Parking Details:
- Parking for the Mont Cervin Plaza is located in the Silver Lake Village parking garage. You'll receive a QR code via email to scan at the entrance gate. Park in the designated parking spot for your unit.
- Free parking for one car. Additional parking costs $50/day per car.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
