We're so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! The owners have done a bit of remodeling this summer as well with new bathrooms, flooring and fireplaces in three of the bedrooms! It will be even more cozy for you if you come back to visit Deer Valley again!

Everything was lovely, exactly as pictured. Odd that there isn’t a house guide, but it wasn’t really needed.

We're so happy you enjoyed your stay! The property has undergone some remodeling this summer with new bathrooms, flooring and fireplaces in three of the bedrooms. It will be even better if you'd like to visit again in the future! We've also taken your suggestion and created a guidebook to make things a little easier upon arrival!

Check-in was seamless. Great location (3 min walk to ski-in/out even with minimal snow). However, it’s a little tricky to figure out the best routes for this, so it would have been nice to have a little more guidance in that regard. The rental was generally well appointed and has a nice layout for traveling with friends/families. Appreciated the fireplace and stocked firewood.

Instructions could have been better-no house manual provided and random things did not work. one TV with finicky sound for a big house that sleeps 10 is not enough, especially in poor weather/no snow like the week we ended up having. Would have been nice to have a TV at least in the master as well. Calling this “ski-in” is misleading, it’s walkable to a lift but there is no ski-in for the condo. IF there is enough snow (our week there was not) you ski to a giant set of stairs and then walk from there to the unit for 5 minutes. Heating system in house extremely loud, had trouble sleeping.

We've updated the house with a new guidebook explaining the ski access. There is a ski-in trail that goes right to the complex next door at Double Eagle and it's on a 2 minute walk back to the townhome from there. Sorry this wasn't clear to you. We've also replaced that finicky TV so it won't be a problem with future guests. The primary bedroom on the main floor has a TV now as well. Hope to have you back again sometime soon.
