Family Fun

Everything was nice! Love the location and amenities at Shores of Panama. This unit was priced well, clean and comfortable, well stocked. It was nice to have throw blankets as the air is kept pretty cool in the condo.

Upon walking in you have a gorgeous view of the gulf and the beautiful view blue skies. Great view of the pool as well. The bed was very comfortable and we felt at home right when we arrived. You have everything you would need for your Florida getaway. Very clean and very well taken care of.

Property managers made check in a breeze. It was not chaotic like previous times. We love staying at the shores of Panama. You have everything you need to make a memorable vacation at your fingertips. Only cons to this property are the slowwww elevators and fools behind pineapple Willy’s causing the beach to be shut down at night

We completely understand how frustrating slow elevators can be; while building operations are outside of our control, we appreciate your feedback. We hope the beach issues didn’t impact your overall experience, and we’d love to welcome you back for another memorable stay at The Shores of Panama!

The property was nice the only thing I would suggest is to fix the shower door in the master bathroom. It does not slide smoothly.

Dishwasher Didn’t Work

The unit is in a great location and the pool was a nice feature. We had everything we needed in the unit with the exception of a working dishwasher. Maintenance tech tried to trouble shoot it but wasn’t able to repair it. We purchased plastic plates and flatware after spending an hour hand washing a completely full dishwasher.

Thank you Joel for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your location and the resort amenities. Unfortunately, things do break that are out of our control. We do our best to get things repaired as quickly as possible but we are always at the mercy of our contractors. We hope to host you again in the future. Vacation Life Properties

Outdated, not clean, poor response time

The bathrooms are outdated. Black mold/mildew on the 1980s shower doors. Rugs in bathroom and kitchen are disgusting. The second “bedroom” was basically the size of a walk in closet with a bed. The closet doors are not even on the hinges so no where to put things. The elevators in this resort is ridiculous. The check in “letter” was sarcastic to say take the stairs your body will thank you.. I didn’t spend this kind of money to take the stairs. I travel for work & have stayed in hotels with 40 floors with lightning speed elevators so this was no excuse. Then both toilets didn’t work when we arrived. One was clogged, the other the lever was broke. It took 15 hours for maintenance to come because apparently non working toilets is not an emergency. All in all, we wasted 4000 staying here!

Thank you for the review, Kara. We did send someone out, though response time was delayed due to a high volume of requests during that period. We appreciate the feedback regarding the unit being outdated, and will pass this along to the owners. I also took a look at the check-in letter you received from us, it states to please be aware that during peak season, the elevators can be very busy, especially during check-in and check-out times, as well as around dinner time. It asks you to be patient as we understand it's frustrating to wait, but the resort management is doing all they can to ensure the elevators stay in working order for the quickest ride possible- nowhere does it state to "Take the stairs, your body will thank you."

Wonderful serenity

714 was a perfect place for me! The condo amenities surpassed my expectations; the interior design simply lovely- soft teal and ocean decor! I slept wonderfully on the king size bed, the mattress perfect for me! Opening the slider brought fresh air and the sound of the gulf waves. The condo is centrally located over the pool and the view out to the water divine! I loved the pool; it was large and afforded lots of seating around it! The white sand was a beautiful surprise as well as the sea shells found along the shore. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

Family Fall Vacation

Excellent parking spot very close to condo. Only issue was the light in the bunk room. It was loose and hanging by the metal strap. Sent a message and was told they would let maintenance know but it was never fixed the whole week. Everything else was pretty much as described and we enjoyed our time there.

Hi Eric! Thank you so much for your review and feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay! I apologize that the light fixture wasn't fixed during your stay. If it's not an emergency, we often wait until a guest leaves to fix the issue so as not to disturb your vacation. We'll make sure this was taken care of. Again, we're so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay. We look forward to having you back with us again soon. Best, Vacation Life Properties
