Come feel pampered and relaxed in this Majestic 23rd Floor PENTHOUSE UNIT. You will feel like you are on top of the world. Quiet and serene with only the sounds of rolling waves and seagulls. This unit has an amazing view up and down the beach. The Living room has a Smart TV, some board games and decks of cards, a queen sleeper sofa and recliner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a comfortable one. Bring your own food to eat in or enjoy the many great local restaurants Panama City Beach has to offer. Walmart is located close by for groceries and other items you may require.
The Master bedroom has adjoining private bathroom and a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an adjoining shared bathroom from the bedroom and hallway.

We loved it sitting on the balcony you can see everything it was quite in the evenings and mornings relaxing the security was awesome this was the perfect place

The elevator was down most of the time. If you can get a lower floor than 23 do it it was hard to get to anything fromThat floor views on the balcony wasn’t great unless you was right against the posts. Our bed was broken. Parking was to far away. The living room furniture was nasty. There was not enough seats to relax on.

Great place for a getaway! Well stocked for whatever you may need. The absolute softest sheets I've ever felt. Would definitely stay again.

We were enamored with the balcony view! Saw manta-ray, manatee, dolphins. I found the front door to be tricky to open but owner was always quick to reply to my messages. Resort was fun and conveniently located. All the staff was very nice and helpful.

Room was clean and stocked with the basics we needed. Beautiful beach views! Easy access to beach and parking structure. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to rent on the beach, or there was a couple beach chairs in the room to use. Would go here again!

Amber the host was wonderful! The unit desperately needs silverware & sharp knife’s. The beds weee comfortable. The view was amazing. Could tell it needed some updating- cupboards don’t close all the way & baseboards had been thru some water - again the host was very easy to work with

The accommodations were wonderful! It was a perfect getaway! The host was gracious and very responsive. The parking was easy, especially with the preregistration. All we had to do is pull up to the gate in the deck and it automatically recognized the tag.

Very nice host and great place to stay. While we were there looking out on the balcony we seen sharks, dolphins, seals, manatees, sea turtles and some manirays. Its very beautiful and i highly recommend staying here.

Overall, our family of 6 had a very nice stay. The location is convenient, with plenty of walkable locations for dining, bars, and shopping. The check in was smooth and the parking was easy- a pro was a covered lot and walkway. We checked in on a Tuesday afternoon so there were ample carts available for unloading. However, I could see them becoming sparse at popular weekend check in times. I was worried about the elevator wait times, but it wasn't a major problem. That being said, there were times we had to wait for 5 minutes or so. We were happy with the amenities on site and really enjoyed the covered outdoor pool as a way to be outside but out of the sun after hot days on the beach. The condo itself was spacious and clean- excellent value for the price in my opinion. I would stay here again.Here are some things to know: we were supplied with one paper towel roll and 4 very small toilet paper rolls- make sure you plan to bring/buy extra. There is a drip coffee maker (which really wasn't clear on the description) and at the time of our stay, we had ample coffee filters in the closet. Plan to bring any plastic wrap, ziplock bags, foil, etc. as there was nothing supplied. The description also says the kitchen is well equipped, and I would have to disagree on that. Utensils were very sparse, knives were extremely dull, and pots/pans need to be replaced (warped, chipped, etc). If you are planning to cook a lot, I would recommend bringing your own.

This place had it all. Beach view was amazing and we were on the top floor. I was concerned with it being fall break that we would have to wait on the elevators but maximum wait time was maybe 3-5 minutes. Very fast! Pools were clean and they have multiple pools on both sides of the establishment. There is a little market and a bar and grill on the ground floor. There is also a movie theatre in this place. Beach access was easily accessible and there are chairs available to rent.
