Great Place to Stay

It's my 2nd time staying at this property and will look forward to staying there more. All the amenities you need, quiet location with a gorgeous view of the golf course and sunset. The property management company provides great customer service and will also check in on you during your stay to make sure everything is to your liking.

There was no live host. The space was fine. The shower was hard to figure out. It was hard to see the combination locks and the building mumber in the dark. The dresser drawers were hard to open.

While this is a self check-in property and does not have a live, on-site host, our team is always available by phone, text, or email should anything come up before or during your stay. We’re sorry if that was not clearly felt during your visit. Thank you as well for pointing out the shower controls and visibility concerns at night. We will review the shower instructions to see if clearer guidance can be provided, and we’ll look into improving exterior visibility for the lockboxes and building number for guests arriving after dark. We’ll also have maintenance check the dresser drawers to ensure they are operating smoothly. We’re glad to hear the space itself was comfortable overall, and we appreciate the constructive feedback as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very convenient, great location and overall a pleasant place to be at. Our only concern out of the whole time we were there was that there were some bugs and geckos that were in our place. I told the owners that and they said they would be on top of it for the next people since I had told that at the end of our stay so no fault on their part.

The view from Lanai is magnificent.Everything is organized very well, so my wife and I were enjoyed staying here.Guests can play Waikoloa Village golf course in guest fee.A bit tricky to get to this unit, so must read carefully the guidance from owner.Thank you and we will back again.Mahalo

Great for two people!

The condo was the perfect size for two people. We enjoyed the lanai with the screen door so we could enjoy our dinner at night, but also enjoy morning coffee with it open, watching & listening to the birds. The condo kitchen could benefit from updates, but it is functional and has a good selection of pots and pans. We felt safe and relaxed in this area and would stay again!

Simple Peaceful Retrea

Perfect for a single guest!

The view was mesmorizing. My only concern was that even though ground floor, you have to traverse 15 steps. What comes down must come back up. It was difficult for me. A safety rail would immensely help ... if the condo association can consider.

Quiet, cozy studio with Gorgeous View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The charm of this rental is its location but the drawback is lots of deferred maintenance. Once the plumbing issues are resolved, it will become a hidden gem once again.
