Quiet and Peaceful Getaway on the Ground Floor and a short walk to the pool !

This is an easy access, ground floor, end-unit condo with lanai and wet bar. This condo is within a short walk to pool, hot tub, and BBQ areas. The master bedroom has a TV, king size bed, a walk in shower and opens onto it's own separate lanai. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king size bed making this a great rental for two couples. All rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home making it easy to cook-in should you wish. The spacious living room has a queen sleeper sofa and opens onto the tile lanai which houses a wet bar, table and chairs for 6, and a ceiling fan. From the lanai you have a view of nicely landscaped grounds and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance. Sit on the lanai and enjoy a quiet cup of morning coffee while wild turkeys strut by, or relax and enjoy a sunset drink after a day of exploring or swimming at a nearby beach. You will find beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and snorkel equipment for your use. Guide books for the island are available for your reference, making it easy to plan your adventures on the Big Island. There is parking available for two vehicles on site.

Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Primary bed was comfortable (didn’t use 2nd bedroom). Not having a/c wasn’t an issue at all. Open front door and slider you get a nice breeze and it’s a little cooler in the Village than down by the beach anyway. There was a little hiccup with the tv and it was resolved the very next day. Would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay this past weekend. We arrived just before Hurricane Lala & had the unique experience of being in the midst of a hurricane. We felt completely safe & comfortable through the high winds, rain, & power outage. It was actually nice to just sit @ watch nature right outside the sliding glass doors instead of the TV. The condo was clean & spacious enough for my family of 4 (19 & 21 YO sons). I also loved the vintage Hawaii decor & the well-equipped kitchen. The property owner reached out prior to our arrival & gave us all the necessary information ahead of time so we can familiarize ourselves before arriving. I would definitely try to book this unit again in the future.

Nice unit with a nice comfortable home atmosphere. Kitchen especially well equipped. Enjoyed several breakfasts and dinners on the lanai with beautiful setting.Only issue was that parking was only for one vehicle, not two as had been communicated. So any guests have to park on the street and walk in. Apparently this was a recent change at the Waikoloa Villas Complex.Will likely return as this worked well for us and was just minutes from family living in Waikoloa.

This condo unit is very nice and the complex is great. We helped ourselves to tree fruits, enjoyed the hot tubs, and the grills.

Very pleased!

We had a great stay and loved this condo! It was very comfortable and conveniently located. Communication was excellent and the complex was quiet and relaxing. We’d definitely book it again.

Great place

The condo was in great shape and the back lanai is a perfect spot to eat meals. The beach equipment was a 10/10, it had everything. The location is the best part, you are just 20 minutes from the best beaches on the big island.

Loved staying here. Paul was extremely gracious and let us check in early so our baby could nap! Appreciated the extra cushion for the pack and play! There were plenty of fans to keep place cool at night. My only suggestions is a bit more of “bare necessities” like extra trash bags, some laundry detergent, and toilet paper, maybe even shower soaps/conditioner/shampoo. But we had plenty to start with and got more at the store. Kitchen well stocked too! Thanks again, Katy

Waikoloa Trip # 7

Back to the Big Island again and staying at the Waikoloa Villas. Love staying at this property. This is the first time we have stayed in this particular condo and were not disappointed. The unit has had some recent renovations and was well stocked with all you need including beach gear. Would return again!

Good homey place

We enjoyed the property for half a month. Though some of the ceiling fan motors were needing change, the portable fans made up for it. This property was homey and made our stay enjoyable. With the great location within the estate, enjoying the lanai was the highlight.

Great Condo!

Overall great place to stay especially with a family. A good clean location with a grocery store nearby. The only complaint is that the couch bed mattress is not good, better to sleep on the couch itself. Other than that it was great, would stay here again.

Hawaii Haven

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was great for getting to beaches and it wasn't a super long drive to Kona or Hilo. The property had lots of little touches that we appreciated like boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and cooking seasoning. It's the little things that help! We enjoyed hanging by the pool and hot tub in the evening. I would recommend!

Nice and quite

Nice and quiet. Nice location for traveling to the Hilo side. But the large ceiling fan did not work and lots of sand bags was very concern in the front entry.

Host was good and communicative.The folks that live in the complex seem to be less tolerant of families specifically with kids. Quiet hours that are posted aren’t the quiet hours they expect I supposeRegarding our specific unit, it was really great and well stocked. Only things of note are the shower drain in the master bath drains slow, and there may be a few bugs living under the kitchen oven.

A Little Slice Of Paradise

We have stayed at this lovely condo previously and always leave wishing we had a few more days. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities of home. The property is well maintained and peaceful. It is a short distance to some of the best beaches on the island, whale watching, and hiking. Sharon, the property manager, is just a call away if there are any issues. We would stay here every visit if it was available.

Needs updating

Owner was helpful and the communication was good. The property is quiet and we were often the only ones at the pool. My only complaint is the condo needs to be updated. There is duct tape on the dishwasher, screen door and flooring. The dishwasher and furniture need to be replaced. u want the dishes clean

Great location to access Waikoloa Beach and Hapuna Beach

This property was perfect for myself, my sister-in-law, and my Mom. We were celebrating her 80th birthday! It was about 5 miles from Hwy 19, which was great for a quiet atmosphere. The grounds were beautiful and really enjoyed the turkey visits. I only had couple of issues....1) the floors were not clean and 2) the check-in instructions should include how to operate the door (while I felt dumb, I was exhausted from a long trip to get there and having to turn and HOLD the key to open the door, just wasn't on my radar at that exhausted moment). Also, that would save phone calls to the owner and property manager. Overall, however, it was a great property and I would definitely recommend it, if you want to easily access those beaches (in my opinion they are the best two beaches on the island) and the Hawi, Waimea, and Hilo areas. Not a bad drive to Kona either.
