Beautiful 1 bedroom condo with a view!

Feel spoiled in this 1 bedroom condo, located in a private gated resort community!

Bedroom offers King bed as well as sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen fully equipped with new appliances, Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. Enjoy dinner in, around the dining table. Electric fireplace in living room provides a cozy ambiance.

Enjoy golf course views, located on the 9th hole of the River course. Covered balcony to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee.

**This condo does NOT include the private members only Kingsmill Resort amenities.

This condo is located just a few minutes from Busch Gardens, Water Country, Historic Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown & Campus of William & Mary. Plenty of great restaurants and outlets nearby as well. Our complex has an outdoor pool, which is open Memorial Day weekend, through Labor Day weekend.

Wireless high speed internet provided, with two 50 inch smart tv's for you to sign in to your personal streaming services.

Walk to the Mill Cafe just across the street for coffee, breakfast sandwich or lunch. Playground next to the cafe! The Kingsmill Spa is just walking distance from the condo. There are 4 miles of beautiful walking trails around Kingsmill and you can watch the sunset from the Marina beach.

This is a second floor condominium. No elevator, stairs required. Ring doorbell. Owner available for any questions during your stay!

The decor reflected Colonial Williamsburg well. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful to walk through. We were able to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Everything as described and candidly even better than pics. Host takes pride in ownership and her attention to small details made our stay even better. Great place!

This location was situated in the perfect spot. We never had to travel more than about 20 minutes to get to all of the colonial sites and restaurants that we wanted to visit. We were even able to take an evening and drive to Norfolk for a baseball game. I would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Great golf view! Plenty of indoor space to spread out during our stay. Very nice surroundings/country club set up. Nice bedroom & bathroom especially.

Cozy, comfortable stay in Kingsmill

Our new favorite place to stay in Williamsburg! The condo is furnished and decorated so beautifully, yet very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was so well stocked with everything you might need. Loved the balcony and watching golfers come through.

Beautiful condo, tastefully furnished in updated Williamsburg style! Soothing shades of blue and gray. And the furniture was ALL so comfortable! The condo faces one of the tees on the golf course, with soothing views of the course - and also lovely sunsets. Close to the main building at Kingsmill, and also the tennis courts and numerous walking paths. We had a couple of questions while we were there, and Crysty was always quick to respond. All in all, a great getaway experience for my husband!

We are writing to express our absolute delight with our recent stay at your VRBO property. This has truly been our best VRBO experience by far!The host has thought of everything, providing all the amenities we could possibly need, from shampoo and conditioner to extra beach towels and a well-stocked kitchen with spices. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the abundant hooks for hanging wet towels and the comfortable spots perfect for reading.The gorgeous views from the back balcony were a highlight, and the condo offered plenty of space for multiple guests. The proximity of the building to the Kingsmill Resort main lobby building was also incredibly convenient.Thank you for an exceptional stay.

Perfect weekend getaway

Colonial Williamsburg Vacation

This Vacation rental was an excellent place to stay. Location was within close proximity to places we wanted to see. The apartment was immaculately clean, had every amenity we needed and more - and was comfortable and cozy to know we would be coming back to it at the end of the day. It was so enjoyable, I wish we could return soon! If you're looking for a great place to stay while in Williamsburg -- this is it!!

Gorgeous Condo

This newly remodeled condo was amazing. Very clean, end building, view of golf course and The Mill cafe on property walking distance away. To top it all off, the owner was super responsive to any questions. When staying in Williamsburg we will definitely stay again! Roxi

Amazing Condo and Location

What a clean, well decorated, well appointed rental! We enjoyed the clean, cozy, well decorated, and comfortable condo for our 3 night stay to visit Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens during spring break. Thank YOU for putting together such a great place for us to relax, and thank YOU for sharing your home! This is a great rental for 2-3 family members! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Everything was beautiful, and SO clean.

Cutest condo in Kingsmill! Home away from home

I can’t say enough good things about this little gem! It was decorated perfectly and even had just the right amount of holiday decor. We felt so at home. Literally walking distance to the clubhouse. My husband played the golf course on Saturday and was able to walk there with his clubs. Any place that has a fan for white noise deserves a million stars! Kudos to that! A lovely place and we can’t wait to book it again!

Perfect little getaway!

From beginning to end it was such a great stay. The condo was perfect for just us two but could definitely hold a family and have lots of space for all! Although we didn’t use the kitchen, I could see it had everything you would need for any size meal. The view of the golf course was very nice, lots of shaded trails to walk. The communication with Crysty was perfect. I will add that the box fan supplied by owner was a nice little touch! Between that and the comfortable mattress I had some of the best nights sleep!! This place is such a great place to stay when visiting Williamsburg!! Really taken care of!

Colonial paradise

Everything was fabulous! From the lovely furniture and comfortable king size bed to the beautiful view of the golf course from the deck, we were totally happy. There are many beautiful walking/biking trails that are mostly shaded by the varied tree species. Just a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, restaurants, shopping etc. Also Crysty, the owner was always immediately available and made wonderful dining suggestions. The best VRBO experience we have had over the past 10 years. Thanks Crysty! John and Kallie
