Beautiful 1 bedroom condo with a view!

Feel spoiled in this 1 bedroom condo, located in a private gated resort community!

Bedroom offers King bed as well as sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen fully equipped with new appliances, Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. Enjoy dinner in, around the dining table. Electric fireplace in living room provides a cozy ambiance.

Enjoy golf course views, located on the 9th hole of the River course. Covered balcony to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee.

**This condo does NOT include the private members only Kingsmill Resort amenities.

This condo is located just a few minutes from Busch Gardens, Water Country, Historic Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown & Campus of William & Mary. Plenty of great restaurants and outlets nearby as well. Our complex has an outdoor pool, which is open Memorial Day weekend, through Labor Day weekend.

Wireless high speed internet provided, with two 50 inch smart tv's for you to sign in to your personal streaming services.

Walk to the Mill Cafe just across the street for coffee, breakfast sandwich or lunch. Playground next to the cafe! The Kingsmill Spa is just walking distance from the condo. There are 4 miles of beautiful walking trails around Kingsmill and you can watch the sunset from the Marina beach.

This is a second floor condominium. No elevator, stairs required. Ring doorbell. Owner available for any questions during your stay!

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed the condo. It was spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated even with a chrustmas tree. Great location for all williamsburg attractions. We appreciated the very comfortable king matttess.

Cozy, comfortable stay in Kingsmill

Our new favorite place to stay in Williamsburg! The condo is furnished and decorated so beautifully, yet very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was so well stocked with everything you might need. Loved the balcony and watching golfers come through.

Great golf view! Plenty of indoor space to spread out during our stay. Very nice surroundings/country club set up. Nice bedroom & bathroom especially.

Wonderful condo!

I read through the reviews before booking and I have to agree with the previous guests - This place was clean, comfortable & beautiful furnishings (especially the bed!) & had all the things we needed for a wonderful 2 night stay. The location was great. We enjoyed a meal at the golf course pub as well as at the marina. Would definitely book this condo again on next visit to Williamsburg.

Amazing Holiday Stay in Kingsmill

Came to Williamsburg for Grand Illumination. Could not believe how cozy and festive this unit was for the holidays. Loved sitting by the fireplace in the comfy chairs. The condo is so beautifully decorated and well appointed. They thought of every detail! fwanted!

Great Condo in a Prime Location

Had a wonderful stay at this resort, which is located close to all Williamsburg has to offer! It was a great space to come home to after adventureing out to local sights with the kids.

Loved our stay

We arrived and the host was very communicative. The furniture and rugs were beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds around the condo are great for walking and spending time. The views are also amazing! I would totally stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in instructions were clear and easy, and Crysty was responsive and helpful in our communications. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. It had a pretty view, and the location was perfect for all we wanted to do in the area from Busch Gardens to Historic Williamsburg.

Perfect weekend getaway

Colonial Williamsburg Vacation

This Vacation rental was an excellent place to stay. Location was within close proximity to places we wanted to see. The apartment was immaculately clean, had every amenity we needed and more - and was comfortable and cozy to know we would be coming back to it at the end of the day. It was so enjoyable, I wish we could return soon! If you're looking for a great place to stay while in Williamsburg -- this is it!!

The condo was excellent! Everything was just perfect, very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, fluffy towels, coffee with cream & sugar provided too with a nice view of the golf course to start our day. What more could you ask for?! We will be sure to look for this one again in the fall when we go back

Total Package

Although I was there only one night, everything was perfect. The furnishings, the view, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the owner or wonderful. But highly recommend!
