This is our second time this year to stay in this little gem! Clean and nicely appointed for a chill time with an old friend! The owner is quick to respond to questions. Can't wait for our next visit!

The Farmhouse

We enjoyed our stay at “The Farmhouse”. It was clean, quiet, and overall a great stay. Plenty of towels, clean linens, blankets, and extra pillows. Thank you for the lovely amenities.

Great weekend

We were in town for a wedding and this was perfect location and stay for us. Only thing I would change is putting tvs in all bedrooms.

Amy, thanks for the recommedation! With all the windows in the house there is just not enough wall space. The two that are in the livingroom and master bedroom we thought would be enough for most of our visitors. Hope you have occasion to stay again!

Easy access to highway between Joplin and Neosho

Enjoyed our stay here. Large yard for activities. Host very kind and helpful. Great house out of town away from noise. I would recommend.

Clean, conveniently located closed to highway 49.

The house looks old outside but it is ok inside. I wish it had two bathrooms.
