The views from this property are second to none. Unbelievable sunrises, and beautiful moon views at night. Located within 5 minutes of downtown, and 2 minutes from The Club at Lake Sinclair & Dollar General. This is the perfect spot for a getaway or staying in town for an event. The house can sleep up to 6 adults (2 queens and 1 king size bed). Perfect for entertaining with outdoor dining on the deck or dock. Nice fire pit for with seating all around. Excellent views of the water and nearby sandbar for hanging out on the water, across from an island with beachfront space- perfect to boat or kayak over to for afternoon fun. There are lots of amenities you'll find you may need for a short-term stay, including a pack-n-play to lighten your packing load. Additionally, for the hot-natured, or white noise lovers we have large floor fans in each room! It’s a quiet area with big water views. Enjoy the space with kayaks and paddle boards on site. Plus a Rubber Dockie that will entertain the kids for hours.

Beautiful location and cozy home

All the folks had a great time. Beautiful view of the lake and wildlife. Fishing not so great but it was a relaxing 4 nights. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Quiet Getaway

Such a beautiful property!! The house was very comfortable and had everything you need. We loved waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise over the lake. The dock was great for fishing and the fire pit was awesome! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great place on the lake

Excellent Property

This property was clean had a great view of the lake and very comfortable. The bedrooms and kitchen were well furnished. We fished off the dock which had chairs and was very well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent off season stay, good for fishing.

Great setup for small family. We enjoyed the cabin, especially the views and large yard. There was ample parking close to the house. We brought our crew cab truck and 20 ft bass boat, and had no problem turning around and parking. It was close enough to the cabin to charge boat batteries with an extension cord. It was easy to park the boat at the dock when on the water, and an accessible boat ramp was only 3 minutes away at Anchors Marina. The lake was very clean and had minimal boat traffic.

We arrived Monday and departed Friday. What a great place to unwind, rest and recharge your mind and body. Watching the colorful sunrises over the lake, listening to the geese flying over the lake and hearing the turkeys gobble in the early morning hours was wonderful! We would definitely go back again to this cabin with the best "DAM" view of Lake Sinclair.

Short DAM trip 😂

Our family has stayed here several times before and it’s just as amazing as I remember. We loved the Decour change, as well as the floats and pull behinds. The Rubber Dockie was a hit with the whole family! Our trip was too DAM short. We can’t wait until next time. Thx again for a great weekend!!! The Berntsen Family

Love the view

Loved this cozy home that is directly on the lake. The owner was very responsive. We loved that we could bring our doggy. The view is the best part. You can sit inside on the couch or the deck for the beautiful sunrise. The king size bed is very comfy!! Would stay there again. Loved it.

Relaxing visit

We love this place. It is in a very good location to Town. Most of all the view of the lake is awesome. Great dock to have some nice quite relaxing time and do some fishing. Stayed twice now and hope to visit again. Thanks to the owners.

Perfect Home!

The Best Dam View was just as advertised, a quaint cottage with beautiful views right from the living room! Love the windows and comfy porch! Just enough space in the kitchen and living room for a couple of Empty Nesters and our two senior labradors (who were as shocked as we were to see the deer and rabbits in our yard daily!). Spacious bedrooms. Neat magazines about the area with the history of the lake. Loved watching the air traffic. Very private location. Owner was responsive and accommodating. The only thing that’s missing here is an outdoor shower!

We are both native Georgians and we both grew up spending time at lakes Sinclair and Oconee. It was my (Christa) dream to create memories for my children spending summers on the lake - as I loved it so much growing up. We recently got our Lakehouse on Sinclair in 2021 and we are so excited to share it with others when we cannot be there ourselves. We pray blessings over everyone who stays in our home :)
