405 Retreat at Hall Harbor in STONE HARBOR on 96th St- Close to The Reeds

Welcome to 405 Retreat at Hall Harbor! Located just less than a block to the Reeds and downtown Stone Harbor. This 4th floor condo offers amazing views of downtown, the wetlands and back bays. Enjoy the pool, bayside lounge, docks elevator, and short walking distance to everything the town has to offer. The building is located on the Shelter Haven Basin on 96th Street. Our condo is best suited for groups of 4. There is a king size bed and 2 twins. There is also an elevator, washer and dryer, parking spot, WiFi and large smart TVs.

For summer guests, we provide 4 beach tags and 4 pool tags. For off season rentals, feel free to reach out about fun events happening during the best time to be at the shore (in our opinion:)

Guests are responsible for bringing sheets and linens. There are also services that provide this. If interested please let me know and I can take care of ordering for you. They will drop off and pick up the sheets and towels and the charge is $200.

Please reach out about off season discounted rates for extended stays or last minute requests. (Weekly and monthly discounts).
Wedding guests: next to the Reeds 2 min walk; 5 min drive to Windrift and Icona. Wildwoods Convention Guests: approx 15 min drive to convention center for events.

Wonderful get away!

This property was so centrally located. You could walk to all shops and restaurants. I didn’t have to drive for the whole month stay. Amy was so helpful during my time at the condo. Super destination! I hope to return soon!

Great place. Great location

Stayed here for a wedding weekend. Very nice place. Quiet. Bed was comfortable. We were out and about for the wedding so just there for the nights.

Winter Weekend Getaway in Stone Harbor

We had a wonderful time in Stone Harbor. Early December seemed an unusual time to visit but we wanted a little escape from the chaos of the holidays. We were delighted to find that most of our favorite restaurants and shops were open for long weekends and the sun shine warmed our strolls. Our condo was warm when we arrived and perfectly decorated and cleaned. It was ideally situated for days in town or at the beach in the summer. The unit had all of the modern conveniences - laundry, tv's, wi fi etc - so we could relax or work comfortably. The owner was very nice and accommodating - checking in with us often and offering ideas for activities. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Fantastic Stay!

Loved this property and its location in Stone Harbor. Home was nicely decorated, clean and easy to access. Well stocked, had everything we needed and more. We had a great stay and plan to come back next year.

Great location in Stone Harbor

Gem of an apartment with ideal location for town centre and beach. The pool and decks are great for a post beach chill. Great owner, highly recommend and hope to return.

Comfortable apartment for 4 people in a great location. Amy, the owner, was very friendly. Apartment is well equipped and instructions left for renters are very helpful. I highly recommend the place.

Perfect location for New Years stay!

Amy was great to work with! She quickly got back to me and answered all my questions. Sent recommendations throughout our stay. Location was perfect for us to walk to open restaurants and shops. We watched the fireworks in Avalon from the balcony!

Unwind & Relax Solo Get Away

Amy was a great host for my spur of the moment beach excursion. Her place was inviting & charming, checkin was simple & she was responsive and very accommodating. Plus, she had some really good suggestions for my stay. I will keep this location in mind for sure.
