Guests take Old Avalon Blvd to Channel Road, passing the Avalon Marine Center and the Public Fishing Pier, to reach the home. Depending on the size of the vehicles, guests can park three to four cars on the property in the gravel parking spots and additional vehicles in the street. Unloading is a breeze by proceeding into the home through the front door with a keypad for luggage, then by unlocking the rear sliding glass door directly into the living area and kitchen for unloading the groceries. The bedrooms and bathroom are located towards the front of the home in the hallway. The modern kitchen opening up to the spacious living area with sliding glass door access to the two oversized decks and boat slips is located back in the rear limit of the home.

Inside, the home boasts a bright and airy open-concept living space, perfect for entertaining guests or spending quality time with loved ones. Enjoy the breeze from the bay even during the hottest days of the Summer with the doors The well-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, while the comfortable bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

Cancellation Policy: All payments towards the reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

An optional amenities package is available for $150 through Beach Home Services for your convenience. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing supplies. Items will be individually wrapped inside grey plastic storage totes and orange dry-cleaning bags and located near the unit’s entry upon your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Blankets and Pillows for Sleeping (just in case), Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows, Bedspreads / Comforters are provided. Retirement party

It was absolutely beautiful !! Everyone that came to visit loved the property, especially the fishing pier. I would definitely stay there again. Just need more room for more people.! Big family!! I had the best time!
