Bryson City, the scenic railway, Deep Creek trail head at GSM National park & other attractions, restaurants & bars are all open! Roads are open and very accessible in each direction to access our home & we r here to answer questions! High speed Tesla EV charger in the garage! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This home is appointed with luxury amenities. Fine woods adorns the floors and walls. Vaulted ceilings frame the long range mountain and lake views from five oversized sliding glass doors. Located in a gated community and perched on top of a mountain you are secluded and fully private with no visible neighbors, and easily accessible with private, easy graded paved road access all the way to the double car garage. High speed Tesla EV charger is in garage!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great house with outstanding views. The pups loved the porch and we appreciated the gates on both sides of the porch.

NC mountains vacay

Loved this house and area. Quiet and secluded with a short drive to nearby excursions. Host was informative and gave accurate instructions on checking in and out.

The property was as advertised. Picturesque view of the lake below. Very private. Beautiful deck and beautifully furnished. Others had commented that the gas grill did not work. I don't remember how far back that was and I don't know if it got fixed because I did not use it. I would consider that important to a vacationer, so I certainly hope it has been fixed. I did not see a gas fire pit. I just saw a fire pit with a little trash on it. It is a bit remote. Takes 20 minutes to get to any food, etc. I was given the wrong gate code in directions from the host. I found the correct code in an email from vbro, I believe.

Our stay in June 2026 was the second time we have stayed at the property. Our first stay in October 2021 was EXCELLENT, however the property has declined somewhat over time. On the downside:The fireplace was non-operational.The gas grill was non-operational.The 2 back burners on the stove were non-operational.The master bathroom shower is precariously slow - forcing us to take baths to safeguard the bathroom from overflow flooding.On the upside:The house still has amazing views!The new hot tub is fabulous!The property is very clean.

Miatas at the Gap 2023

This was the perfect house for 3 couples visiting for Miatas at the Gap! Great location, perfect size for us and the husbands especially loved being able to park all 3 in the garage and to be able to wash them in driveway!!!

Amazing

The property was amazingly beautiful and the view from the back deck as the sun rises in the morning was breathtaking. We all loved the fact that no matter where you are inside you can see the view from the glass doors which stretched from end to end of such a beautiful place.

Highly recommend one of the most beautiful views and Beautiful Homes we've ever stayed in.

Was very easy to get in touch with somebody if you needed to and they answer you right back. You do not need to bring nothing the house has everything you need. The view is unbelievable off the porch. The house is very beautiful and clean. There is a lot for the family to do in the area.

Pictures are accurate description of the property. Check in was a breeze. Road is paved and is a private driveway to property. There is a tub in the master bath, it did not work. Fireplace did not work. The house did seem like it sits in between stays with not a lot of traffic. There is an abundance of cob webs and spiders. The beds are flat beds on Amazon bedframes. Upon departure you have to strip beds, do laundry, take trash out and to the dump. The last thing I want to do on vacation is clean house, especially when you are laying 300 a night.

Stay In Almond NC

Ther were dead daddy long legs spiders dead stuck to the ceiling bathroom off the laundry room, multiple big spider web’s hanging from LR ceiling, although the kitchen floor tiles look clean we found them we found it to be so dirty the paper towels used were black when we cleaned up spilled water.

We are sticklers for cleanliness and need to know if something unusual like this happens so that we can adjust our personnel accordingly. Million Dollar View !

The house was fantastic...equipped with everything that you'll need ...the kitchen had more gadgets and equipment than I have at home..the beds were comfortable...it truly lacks for nothing physically BUT the absolute best part is the stunning view....you can sit for hours on the enormous deck and watch the 'smoke' roll in to the mountains and roll back out .....what a GEM ! We are all so thrilled that we found this place ! HIGHLY recommend ...

Nice mountain home needs updates

The house itself is beautiful and has a great view of the mountains. Very private and peaceful. That being said, the dishwasher and microwave are both broken. I reached out to the host to inform them, and I never received a response. Additionally, my s/o and I haf to wait for an hr in the driveway for the cleaning lady to be finished. (We were supposed to get in at 3, didn't get in until 4.) Overall we had a good time, but I wouldn't book again.

There is no explanation for the complaint because the dishwasher and microwave are both new (less than two years old), high quality stainless steel and working just fine! Sorry I was traveling thru New England the day you messaged, but it was your last day and you were gone by the time I got the message. Also had you requested early check in we could have tried to accommodate but you did not request it.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! Amazing views from huge deck! Relaxing hot tub. Perfect location when traveling with our dogs. Very clean home that was set up wonderfully. Undine is a great host. Very quick to respond and helpful. We hope to visit again!

Great 3 bdrm home with awesome fireplace

This house was perfect for 5 adults for a FALL weekend. All 3 bedrooms are large and have king size beds with firm (memory foam?) mattresses. Extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels in baths, fully equipped kitchen and huge deck. The living room fireplace is a nice feature with gas logs and a wall control super easy to operate. There is a fire pit which we did not use but it looked nice. Plenty of fans and lights and AC worked good. The driveway up to it is a little steep but fine. We saw deer in the yard one day. Also good view including sunsets and a place on the pond to sit and enjoy but we drove down to it. We loved the location. Also super quiet. The TVs have a few free channels but require you to log into your Netflix or prime or Hulu account. The internet speed was great and always available. Neither bathtub stopper worked (one was missing completely) but that was not a big deal for 2 nights. We would recommend and we would stay here again.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home set high on a mountainside with an amazing view. It has everything you need for a great stay, just bring your groceries.

As promised

This property's view is amazing! I woke up every morning to check to see if the clouds would be nice to me and let through a gorgeous sunrise. Sadly, I only caught two really good ones but that's OK because I got time to sit on the deck and enjoy the tranquility this place offers! Even the dog would wake me up just to go sit and sunbathe. Extra points for being dog friendly! We arrived in NC early then expected but were happily surprised to get a message from the owners saying it was ready for our arrival. The house was clean and well stocked as listed. My husband loved the giant TV and him and our teen played the Nintendo switch we brought along. Those traveling with kids (or just adventurous adults) should definitely check out The Nantahala Outdoor Center. Zip lining through the mountains is SO worth it. So much to do close by like Deep Creek tubing, Bryson City, kayaking on Fontana Lake, etc. As far as food, you can't go wrong in the south. We never had a bad meal! Highly suggest The Rice Wagon in Bryson City. Thank you so much for opening your home to families and dogs alike!

Bryson city

Everything was nice, peaceful quiet and close to everything.. the only thing I didn't like was the memory foam bed, I think I'd rather sleep on a air mattress. Got up every morning feeling like I had slept on the floor.... other than that I recommend this cabin... it's actually sweet set up

The builder owned the local saw mill so the woods are spectacular in this home; he also developed this community so he saved this select lot for his own residence. Everything was built to excellent quality and we tried to select furnishings to compliment that elegnace.

No visible neighbors; located at the end of a private road for only this home, it is quiet, natural and serene. Right in the heart of the outdoor mecca that is the intersection of the Great Smoky Mountains and the Nantahala National Forest.
