Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Overlooking La Paz bay in your private balcony. Two bedrooms each one with private bathrooms. One king sized bed and one full sized bed. TV in each bedroom. A fully stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room along with mini-splits air conditioning. Gym, pool outdoor patio and BBQ.

Beautiful apartment with sunset views

Adriana is a wonderful host!! She was always available to ask questions, both before and after our arrival. The reason I gave 4 stars for check-in is because it's a little difficult to go through one security check and then the locked gate at the apartment building. She gave us directions to find the lockbox on the gate, but we were looking at 3 different gates, and we were tired from our journey. Anyway, we found the keys and all was fine! (A second key to give to guests would be very handy). The apartment itself is beautiful and roomy (except the cramped kitchen). Nice sofas, comfy beds and built-in cabinets and closets in bathrooms that are the most useful we have ever seen in a rental!! Adriana provided wonderful beach equipment too! The sun is incredibly bright so we enjoyed the balcony in the morning, and then later in the evening to watch the sunsets which are famous ! The 4 star for location is just because you have to get in the car to go anywhere... we knew this ahead of time, of course, but after being there for a few days, we wished we could just walk to the Malecon. Everyone associated with this apartment building is very friendly. It was a very enjoyable 2 week vacation!

Excellent Accomodations

Great location, great accommodations, and great views. I highly recommend this property; Adrianna is a top notch host, and her property we everything we were hoping and more. We will definately be coming back!

Nice spot overlooking La Paz

We enjoyed a longer stay here and it fit our needs perfect. Host was very accommodating and the unit had just about everything we needed. Kitchen utensils were there but kitchen staples were lacking, we left what we had purchased for the next guests to use. Plenty of AC, nice desk space for working, and couches and beds were comfortable enough. Location is a on the east end of town, but it was easy to pop down the hill to see the sights. Lovely pool and bbq area, just bring bug spray. Neighborhood is gated and we felt very safe and welcome with our dog.

We love it here, the serenity and the people are very nice. I'm bilingual and also Mexican citizen. I love to travel and meet new people. Pedro loves to fish and we are getting ready a boat to take people to the Island Espiritu Santo and fishing. I will respond to your inquiries as soon as posible and make sure you have a very pleasant and an unforgettable stay.
