Come relax in a very luxurious cabin with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a spacious family room for gathering and theater room. This hideaway cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, theater room, wrap around deck with gas barbecue, and front porch swing. The master bedroom has a private entrance. The property is close to Duck Creek Village. Wildlife is seen on the property frequently. Wonderful for a family get together. Well over a hundred miles of trails for ATV's, Snowmobiles, hiking and biking. A short distance to some of the most scenic parks in the world...Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and Zions Canyon National Parks all within two hours drive, then return to the comfort of the perfect cabin. Winter activities including Snowmobiling trails.

3 bedrooms perfect for couples each with a designated bathroom.
2 bedrooms in the upstairs
with multiple beds. Use one for the boys and the other for the girls with a bathroom to share.
After a long day of exploring the many trails or touring your favorite national parks, enjoy the theater room. Watch your favorite movies, log into your Roku streaming account or bring your favorite movies to watch on the DVD/Blue-ray. An HDMI cable is available to plug your computer in to stream from. There are several movies on DVD/Blue-rays to choose from.
There is a variety of board/card games available in the Loft.
Spacious living room with large windows to view the scenery and wildlife or sit on the deck and enjoy the fresh air and a star filled sky. The front porch has a large swing to sit and enjoy nature.
Kitchen stocked with all your cooking/baking needs to feed your family and friends after a hard day of exploring the wonders of nature.

Cozy!

This is one of the better cabins I have stayed at. Very beautiful and well taken care of! It is in a very nice and convenient location with a store and gas station about 4 minutes away! I will definitely be staying here again for my summer trip!

Enjoyed Staying for Thanksgiving

Had a wonderful stay with plenty of room for everyone. Everything we needed to put together a Thanksgiving dinner was available. Would recommend staying here. Had a great time.

Fantastic Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our fall break in Duck Creek staying in this lovely cabin. We had two families - 5 adults and 6 teens/tweens. The space was perfect for our needs and exactly as described. It was extremely clean with a great location. The communication with the owner was easy and promot. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. There was a nice selection of games and movies. We would gladly return and appreciate the kindness of the owner.

The Best Cabin

This is the second year we have stayed at this cabin. It is so accomadating for our family. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms for 18 of us and the cabin is always clean. Thank you for letting us come back this year. Hopefully we can come back again soon!!

Great Family Cabin

We went with our adult kids and little grandkids. The cabin was super clean and very well stocked (bring extra kitchen garbage bags though , we went through a lot with our group and there were maybe 6 available). We loved that there were kids plates and silverware for the little kids. The beds were really comfortable and there was ample parking for our 6 cars and 2 UTV trailers. The WiFi worked great. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this cabin again. Suzanne and her family are great hosts!

Family Friendly Cabin

The cabin was spacious enough for our large immediate family. The kitchen and all cooking items were perfect. The kids bedrooms upstairs were a great added area for them to enjoy. This is the first time in 10 years was able to book a cabin at Duck Creek and did not need to reach out to the owners for anything. The welcome book is very thorough, and the check in and check out process was easy. We look forward to going back!

Awesome family vacation!

We had so much fun staying here in Duck Creek Village! Family came in from across the country, it's convenient to Zion and Bryce, and Navajo Lake is one of our new favorite spots. The property is exactly as listed: clean, amazing location, and outstanding property owner.

We love Duck Creek!

We have been coming to the Duck Creek area for over 40 years. It’s so beautiful! This cabin was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well thought out. Perfect Cozy Family Time

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! Thank you so much for sharing your home away from home with us. Truly had everything needed for a successful family snow trip—grandparents being able to share memories with their 6 grandkids (all 5 and under) and us adult kids haha…plenty of room! Loved the main area—so cozy with the big windows and being able to watch the snow fall. The welcome binder is filled with helpful info especially with where things are located (I.e. vacuum), even had a pack and play for the littlest, and tips on using the grill etc. Thank you again for helping us create these memories.

Great cabin

We had tons of fun at this cabin. It was very well stocked with just about everything you can think of. My little kids loved all the toys, big kids loved all the games. There was tons of extras and lots of little unexpected things. Lots of room for everyone. There was a tiny alert every time the door opened but i was glad because my newly turned 4 year old was constantly going outside so i knew he was out there. The firepit was great. We saw several deer. Only 2 cons - I wish there were extra pillows, just bought one at the hardware store - and - this is a no pet cabin but the main floor was covered in pet hair. It was gross to pull pet hair out of my baby's mouth. Overall though, we would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Also, Suzanne was great in contacting us when the alarm unexpectedly went off.

PERFECT CABIN!!!

This cabin was perfect! It was so clean and well taken care of. There was enough room for all 18 of us. Suzanne takes care of you with all the extras(toothbrushes, bagged chairs on the deck..games & movies). The beds were all comfortable with nice bedding. Having 4 1/2 bathrooms was great with so many of us. Thanks for making our family trip the best one yet!!

GREAT FAMILY GET AWAY

This cabin was a great choice, just as pictured inside, kids loved the outdoor space, it is a very clean and well-designed interior. The movie room was a hit, kitchen had all we needed, beds very comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. There is hot washer issues if you aren't on a schedule ... but I never ran out of hot water. Suzanne it great to work with.

Surpassed our expectations

This cabin was an absolute delight! Cozy, comfy and beautiful! So clean even the window sills were immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and our family of 18 enjoyed it immensely. The kitchen was very serviceable and we loved how the host provided lots of activities, games and toys for both adults and kids. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

The property was great and hosted all 17 of my group comfortably. The shower in the upstairs bathroom wouldn’t turn off but Suzanne had it fixed pretty quickly. We had to deal with about 2 hours of having our water shut off but that was fine. I wish the hot water lasted longer for a house that can accommodate so many people though. The fire pit outside was a lot of fun and the kids and adults both loved making s’mores. It’s very cold downstairs in the basement. It would have been nice to have some portable heaters to warm up the rooms a bit.

Excellent!!

My family and I had a fantastic weekend here. The cabin is even nicer in person than it is in the pictures. Suzanne has thought of everything in having all of the essentials available, plus nice touches like coloring books and crayons for the kids. I had some changes in my number of guests and she was so accommodating and kind when I had changes to my changes. Can't say enough about the property or Suzanne. We definitely plan to stay there again!! Word to the wise, if you are going in the winter, have 4x4 or snow cables - or both. :)

Family Getaway

The cabin was perfect for my multi-family getaway. The cabin was spacious and none of us felt overlapping with the 3 levels. We enjoyed the movie theater room and had a movie night. The cabin is close to the village. We also went sledding and tubing at Wood Ranch Park, it was about a 25 minute drive. The cabin is equipped with everything you need so you feel right at home. Suzanne is great and very responsive to any questions. We can’t wait to book this cabin again in the future.

Wonderful property!

We rented this cabin for Christmas and it was beautiful! Great living room and plenty of space! Mattresses were a little firm for me, but overall we couldn’t be happier with our stay! Beautiful location. And a very gracious host!

For many years our family has vacationed at Duck Creek. We have celebrated many milestones and explored the vast trail as a family. It has always been our dream to own a cabin in Duck Creek. When we became aware that our favorite cabin came up for sale, we jumped at the chance to purchase this cabin. We are excited to be able to share this experience with you and hope that you enjoy the cabin and the wonderful wilderness that surrounds it as much as we do.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

-Duck Creek is close to several Nation Park, a short drive to a lake for some fun in the Sun and Water Skiing. Miles and miles of trails for ATV's Hiking and Mountain Biking that turn into miles and miles of snow mobile trails in the winter.

-The cabin is located 3 miles from Duck Creek Village, close enough for a quick grocery run but far enough away to enjoy the quiet star filled nights. You will find grocery inside the Phillips 66 and at the other end of town a True Value that sale basic grocery supplies along with sporting goods. Cedar City is a short hop jump and skip away for any other need you may have, but not so close that you still fill like you are in the middle of no where.

-There are a few shops to explore along with a pizza restaurant, ice cream shop and local artisan shops in the village.

-Most important.....Duck Creek is the destination that all 6 of my kids love to stay and enjoy some Family time.
