We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was an easy walk to the ocean, pool, and to several dining options as well. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We had great weather and we look forward to coming back one day soon.

Clean and well-stocked. We love staying at Regency towers. Melodie takes care of any issues promptly. The sandbar is great for food or drinks. The staff at Regency is very helpful and friendly.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. We were cooped up most of our trip because of the storm, but it wasn’t a problem because the condo felt like home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is nice and clean. The building itself could definitely use some work/cleaning but the condo was perfect. The swings overlooking the ocean was one of our favorite night time spots. All in all very pleased and look forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was big enough for our party of 8. Elevators were crowded during check in time but fine rest of the stay. We have stayed at Regency Towers the last 3 years. Will definitely book this room again in the future.

The stay was wonderful. Room was clean and had a fairly well stocked kitchen. I appreciated the host having a pack - n - play and a booster seat for the table.

Such a beautiful view from the balcony to drink your morning coffee on. Easy beach access made it easy to lay on the beach all day and I found a lot of really pretty shells at the shore line. Super close to good restaurants and several stores. My husband and I loved walking down the beach for dinner at Schooners less than a mile from the condo. We will absolutely be back!!

Perfect place for a big family vacation

Everything was perfect Melanie was great she even notified me we could check early, perfect location for a family, the hotel bar is great it’s affordable and something here for everyone, we will be back soon!

Great place for our girls trip. Location to beach was great and on 3rd floor so can avoid elevators. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location. While the property is older, this is an affordable option to stay right on the beach. Pool area is great too. Melodie was easy to communicate with.

Loved our stay at this condo. The host is great and her condo is perfect. Very clean, well stocked and super cute! We will definitely be back!

Overall a great 10 day stay. Property is an older building and they have done some repairs but looks like more is needed. The property staff were great. Pool area, bathrooms, tiki hut, etc were exceptional! Security was always visible throughout the property. The condo itself is also a little dated but very comfortable, clean and roomy enough for six adults and one toddler. Wasn't a fan of the balcony only because it was enclosed with only the bottom windows opening. It was very hot and humid inside there. Check-in and communication with host was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay

Beach was great albeit a little windy. Easy to cook at the condo and great options to eat out nearby. The condo is our son's favorite place and we look forward to returning in a few months.

Great stay

We enjoyed the pool, the beach and the entire experience. Condo was great and as advertised, and nearby restaurants Patches and Schooners were great. Will be back.
