Modern Treetop 3BR+Bunks Cabin in Prime Location!

Hold Your Horses by Modern Luxury Retreats is a modern, "tree top" cabin perfect for making memories with up to 12 guests! We're perched high in the treetops on a very large and private lot. We have 3 King Bedrooms with en-suite baths and a Game/Bunk Room (Sleeps 6) with its own full bath. Entertainment options abound with indoor/outdoor living/dining, 2 gas fireplaces, a fire pit, game room with pool table/arcade/games, cornhole, horseshoes, a hot tub, and a playset for the kids!

Indoor gas fireplaces are turned off from June through September. A $20 per night insurance fee will be included to cover your stay, eliminating deposits or more expensive coverage required elsewhere. Rate is for up to 9 guests. A charge of $15 per night will be applied for each guest over the 9th.
We require a signed Rental Agreement for the reservation holder. This document will be sent after the reservation is made and we ask that you please return it within 48 hours. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, up to 25 pounds/pet. We charge a per-stay fee of $100 for bringing pets.

Very nice place for a get away

We absolutely love this cabin! I do believe we will be coming back maybe this summer or fall. Very beautifully place to spend time away from the real world!

Beautiful cabin - great for kids and adults!

It was a great experience. Brought 8 girls to celebrate a birthday. Plenty to do at the cabin on a rainy weekend. It was well appointed - linens, dishes, activities - everything was there. We had a great time! The birthday girls friends loved the bunk room.

Family vaca

Facility was just as pictured. Clean and great location. Enjoyed family vacation. Fireside chats, s’mores, hot tub and beautiful deck to relax on. Would highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

This is a beautiful property even better than the pictures. Easy to find and plenty big enough for the eight of us. The kids loved the bunk and game room. We would stay there again.

Weekend getaway

A perfect getaway

We had an amazing and relaxing stay here and will definitely be rebooking this house. Perfect for our 4 adults and one child. Great communication with the owners, Susie and Ryan are amazing, and we can’t wait to come back!

Lovely stay in a great property!

What a great find! The property was perfect for our group retreat! The house is beautifully maintained and so comfy. The bunk room is perfect for teens/kids and everyone enjoyed the beautiful grounds. Thank you!

Great Property

My group of 6 adults had a great time here! The house is beautiful and it was spotless. To back porch was perfect and we love all of the activities the house provided (corn hole, pool table, hot tub). Would definitely book again.

April Get Away

The home was very clean and tidy. The kids enjoyed the outside play gym and games. Spent the evenings on the outdoor deck which was beautiful and peaceful. Ashley was very responsive throughout the process. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Relaxing Getaway

We spent 4 nights at this amazing property. The outdoor space was great with playground, firepit, large porch with outdoor fireplace, hot tub. The Christmas tree was a nice touch for the holidays. The property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Beautiful Getaway for our family of 4

Beautiful property with plenty of space to spread out. My kids loved playing pool and roasting hot dogs and s’mores in the fire pit every night. The house was beautifully furnished, spotless & equipped with all of the essentials. We would love to come back for another stay.
