When you enter, you’re welcomed to a bright boho-style living room that boasts natural lighting and tropical pool views from the sliding glass doors, and a comfy seating area with side chairs and a sofa and a tv. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, countertop seating, and a wine fridge. Dine with friends and family at the indoor table under ambient custom lighting or on the patio by the pool in the island breeze.

Rest and refresh in the spa-like primary bedroom, with a comfortable King bed, a workstation nook, and patio access. The primary ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet! Guests will love the fresh modern look and ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a twin-over-queen custom bunk bed perfect for slumber parties and has hallway access to the half bathroom.
