Wonderful place to stay! Very clean and had everything we needed to have a good time for the weekend. Went out of her way to find my son’s glasses and put them somewhere we could grab them easily after our cruise. Thank you!

Rhonda was a great host who offered plenty of information prior to our arrival. She also answered quickly for situations that happened during the stay. The home was fantastic

Loved our stay! Close walk to the beach. Stocked with chairs, cooler, and anything you could need in the kitchen. Pool area is beautiful. It is a double but felt very private. Would definitely stay again!

Great home and Rhonda was an amazing host! We had some issues with hot water and Rhonda sent someone out immediately to fix. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more! The home was beautiful and the elevator was very handy! The pool was awesome with plenty of pool toys. They had everything you need to go to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and so did our grandchildren!

Everything we could have possibly needed and more! Host was very responsive, fun pool and outdoor area, so many great things for the beach, wonderful kitchen, clean, beautiful home with space for all six of us…I could go on and on!

Beautiful home and well equipped. Beautiful views. Excellent location. Owner was very gracious. Unfortunately, weather was not cooperative during our short stay and not able to fully enjoy all the amenities. Need to return.

Absolutely everything was great! This home was super clean, inviting and had everything we could have needed. Everyone loved all the beach chairs, toys etc. The close access to the beach was great. Pool was nice and warm and had lots of toys for the kids. The elevator was so helpful for groceries, luggage and sometimes a much needed rest. I would highly recommend this home. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful house with everything you need to cook, sleep, and have fun at the beach. A1A can get pretty busy, but overall this place was perfect for what we needed. A couple great restaurants within walking distance as well.

The house is stocked very nicely and the location is very nice. The access to beach was just across the road and there is plenty of beach gear to enjoy.

Relaxing beach stay

Beautiful property! We had plans to go to the zoo and ziplining but the house had so much to do, we just stayed put! Beach, kayaks, pool , jacuzzi, foos ball and large flat screen tvs in every room!

Rhonda, was always available for any questions or help we needed. Property is perfect location to get to a more secluded beach. Just cross A1A, walk down a dead-end street to the bridge that leads you onto beach. Like a one to two minutes walk, if that depending how quickly you can cross A1A and how your pace is walking. Super convenient! The elevator in the house was so helpful for our 93 year old mother, especially because she stayed on the first floor and the kitchen, living room, dining area, and small balcony where she loved to hang out were all on the third floor.The pool and deck were another great feature, I enjoyed quiet times out there.Grocery stores are fairly close. I was even able to find and shop at a Super Walmart within pretty close range considering how far south on the island the house is located. It’s really a great location to be away from hustle and bustle of Cocoa Beach main attractions while being close enough to get to rather quickly.I would recommend this property to my family and friends!

Best sunrise and sunset views!

Rhonda is the ‘hostess with the mostest’…thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Lovely home away from home. Great outdoor space as well. Kept the children entertained for hours when we weren’t at the beach that is.
