We had a very nice time but had a few issues. There were some nice amenities added to this property but does need some maintenance. The location is great, perfect for watching rocket launch’s, and right on the beach.

Awesome location for our girls trip! We really enjoyed walking on the beach (even found some sand dollars!), chilling in the pool and lingering around the large dining room table after dinner. Excellent communication with this host as we had many questions ahead of our stay, all answered promptly. Everyone was happy with the spacious house with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of 9 women. Recommended for anyone looking for a great spot for a large group. We even were treated to a SpaceX launch!

The house was great! Our family had a great time with plenty of nice common areas, a heated pool, well equipped kitchen, and nice amenities overall. A short walk down a path gets you right on the beach (which was never very crowded at all). We enjoyed our week there with extended family.

The house was perfect size for our party of eight. Perfect location and sunrise are amazing on top deck. New putting course was fun all week and nice surprise when we arrived.

We stayed with our family. Kids and grandkids. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for all of us and very comfortable. We used all the amenities, which was perfect for each persons likes. Communication with the host was excellent! We had a couple very small hiccups but those issues we addressed immediately. Couldn’t ask for better communication. We had the perfect stay and will definitely stay again and would recommend this property to anyone.

The host was communicative and the checkin process was easy. The house has a wonderful location with an easy walk to coffee and good restaurants and the beach is beautiful. The house itself though needs some TLC with dirty ceilings in some of the bathrooms and walls (near the tv), not dust but sticky things. All the windows seem to have been replaced at some point but none of the stickers have been removed and now they are dry-rotted from the sun. The deck outside of the media room is dry-rotted and looks very unsafe. The lower twin bedroom has no blinds on the windows (despite showing them in the listing photos) that face the street so the room is very bright and people across the street in that building can see into your bedroom. Again, this property is 90% lovely, but those details make it feel unmaintained.

Kitchen was fully equipped and good sized. Dishwasher was left with dirty dishes and no dishwashing liquid, but someone came out at 9am and took care of it.

This house was perfect for our family! Our family enjoyed the location to the beach/pool and city! It was the best of all worlds. The whole family loved the pool table and foosball table. The chef's kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything that you needed to be able to stay and prepare all of meals. The only complaint was the cleanliness. The house looked like it didn't have a deep clean in a very long time. We would still stay here in the future as this house has everything that we needed for a perfect family vacation!

Great beach vacation.

Great family vacation on the beach. The kids had a blast playing basketball, swimming in the pool, and playing in the beach. So much to do, so fun.

Overall, enjoyed our stay.The house fit our family size of 8 people. The location was in a good area and beach access was good. (Some of the vegetation just past the fence to walk to the beach is thicker, but were told is part of the City property and can't be trimmed.) Sending a list of items to the Host, that in our opinion, need correction to get a higher review rating.

Cocoa Beach Getaway

Wonderful beach front home with pool and all the goodies. This was not our first stay at this property and we will continue to come back again and again. Highly recommend to any large family looking for a relaxing beach vacay!

Beautiful property

We had the best time staying in this home. The views were beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. The home was so close to everything. It had so much room and the pool table and game/movie room were so fun! We would definitely stay here again.

Beach Get Away for Large Family

I have a big family and this property is the perfect place to enjoy a family gathering on the beach. Everything is right there for you to enjoy. I highly recommend this property and will certainly be back. Can’t wait for our next stay.

Great place to let your hair down and relax

Property was in a great location, on the beach and close to everything. Big kitchen, lots of space to spread out for everyone. And the pool was heated to just the right temp for us.

Mostly. There is no ice and the icemaker is broken. The freezer could not be opened fully because it hits the wall. But overall, the kitchen was fine.

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway

Once again, a perfect beach getaway for a 3 generation family. The view and the sound of the ocean is breathtaking. Something for everybody to enjoy while staying in this home. We have enjoyed 3 stays in the last 2 months and will continue to come back again and again. Great location, beach, pool and home all in one place.

Our family of 8 adults had a wonderful time at this property. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces are all a nice size. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room to all be together in one area or spread out around the house. Kitchen had tons of utensils and cookware. All the amenities were awesome! Spent a lot of time in the pool, on the putting green, and even used the new gas fire pit. Tons of pool toys, floats and beach accessories in the garage. House is in a great location, very quiet on the beach compared to the public areas. Downtown is just a 4 block walk away with tons of restaurants, bars and shops. It was nice to be able to walk instead of driving everywhere. We were excited to see 3 rocket launches during the week! But unfortunately, saw the fire at The Tiny Turtle and the aftermath of the New Glenn rocket blowing up at Kennedy. Things we won’t forget! We had a few minor suggestions for Yaima to make the villa stay even more luxurious. We would definitely rent here again.

Family visit

Beautiful home on the beach. Wi-Fi problems, fixed quickly. Plenty to do, with pool and basketball for the kids. Fans in bathrooms would be nice

Great house for families

The house was great. It was three families and we had plenty of space to enjoy. Each family got a wing of the house. The house had lots to do for kids with the beach just right outside, the pool, basketball court, and a nice backyard. Plenty of outside and inside areas for the adults. Great location near toe . Would stay again

Family get together

Because I don’t get to see my children/grandchildren a lot, I planned a trip that we could all meet and enjoy each other in one place. We loved this house. There was plenty of room for everyone to have space and a wonderful place for kids. I was a little worried about the little ones with a pool, but the alarm on the door to the pool was perfect to ease my mind.

Enjoyed the house

A few more supplies such as garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper were sparse for a large party. House was clean, good response time, pool was green when we got there due to a recent storm, but they were out the next day and it was usable again. Beach items were available so we didn’t have to worry about umbrellas or chairs, even had boogy boards for the kids to use. We had a great stay.

Friends Retreat

Good, could use some maintenance on sliding doors, dishwasher and clogged drains. Slept 11 comfortably and easily. There was no book of information/instructions to help with daily operations.
