With ocean views from almost every room , the Sun and the Sand await you at STINA HOUSE , Cocoa Beach. Over 4500 square feet of spacious gathering rooms , beautifully appointed furniture and accessories with a Stunning Pool Oasis! Three Primary Bedrooms with private bath and Two Queen Suite bedrooms with Shared bath areas in addition to a Bunk Bed Room with huge TV. This is not just a Vacation Home , but hosts hope you feel as though it is your own home here in Cocoa Beach. Enjoy pristine views from the upstairs deck of the primary bedroom . Back yard is just steps from the sand with private beach access. Play all day on the beach and then splash the rest of the day away in the gorgeous pool . Comfortable yet luxurious, feel the magic of breathing in the ocean air and getting away from it all. This home is gated with room for 5-6 cars. All you need to do is bring your flip flops and a great book. Kitchen is fully equipped for anything you may need. Towels , beach towels and linens all provided. Beach toys to share include Corn hole, Horseshoes, Bacci Ball and Games. Close to the Impressive Kennedy Space Center, Home Port for Disney , Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines, Air Shows and Art Festivals, World Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop and all sorts of water activities like Deep Sea Fishing , Boat Rentals and Kayaking. The Space Coast Beaches and near by Indian and Banana Rivers will leave you coming back again and again. We cant wait to welcome you and see you on the Sand. Everything you need is Here! Perfect beach vacation home!

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family gathering. We loved the access to the ocean and the terrific pool. Wonderfully laid out house with lots of room. The amenities were well thought out. The owners were very nice to work with! We hope to go back in two years!

Beautiful Beach Property

Everything you need for a beach vacation with a large group. The hosts were very accommodating. The pool is very nice too! We had a great week with family!

Wonderful Beach Home with Pool

Second year we’ve stayed here and hope to come back next year. The home is spacious with six bedrooms and large dining room table and outside eating area for the whole family to eat together. Things to do for all ages including the pool table, foosball table, putting green, and of course the pool and the beach.

Beautiful Home & Location

This property is beautiful, spacious, and in a perfect location. The hosts were wonderful, and the house had every amenity one could expect. Cocoa Beach is an ideal place for a relaxing family vacation. We even watched a couple of rocket launches from the beach!

Awesome stay in Cocoa Beach

This property is truly amazing. I’ve rented many VRBO’s over the years, and this property tops the list. The attention to detail by the owners is outstanding. Everything you need for a beach vacation is available at the house, and is in perfect condition. This was by far the best beach vacation my family has ever experienced. Frannie is truly a pleasure to work with, and is an outstanding host If you are planning a visit to Cocoa Beach, do yourself a favor and consider this property. My family is already planning our return for next year.

Family Beach Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay. This is great house right on the beach. The owners had everything available and were easy to contact during our stay. We also enjoyed watching launches from the backyard and relaxing in the pool. We highly recommend this house if looking for a place to enjoy the lovely Cocoa Beach.

BEST PLACE IN COCOA BEACH!!

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, it accommodated our family wonderfully!! They have EVERYTHING you need from kitchen appliances to pool and beach toys, fans, seating it’s unreal! The hosts were amazing to us and offered accommodations when our flight got canceled!! Extremely gracious they even had snacks for us when we arrived after midnight!! We absolutely loved this home on the beach and hope we get the opportunity to stay again it was PERFECT!! THANK YOU!

Beautiful beach front home with everything you could possibly need. Great fun in the sun at the beach and relaxing swimming pool. The Host were very accommodating and helpful. We cannot wait to visit again.

great host and property in Cocoa Beach

We stayed for a week at this property with our family, a total of 14 people. The property was perfect for us. Beach in front is fantastic, and the lay out of house gave us plenty of room to be together or split up into smaller groups. The home is very well appointed with necessities, toys, and gear. Fran the host is great, we plan to go back next year.

Cocoa Beach Family Vacation

We had a great time. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 5 kids under 6. House had plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool was key for everyone. Plenty of beach and pool necessities, chairs, umbrellas, floaties etc. Walkable to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend! Fran and Dom were accessible and wonderful hosts.

Cocoa Beach Get-Away '23

House is beautiful and full of too many amenities to list. Had a great time at the beach and spent many days in the pool. House in close enough proximity to theme parks, and other great attractions. Would definitely return to this house in the future if it's available.

Great Week at a Great House

Our quite large family group had a great week at this home--this was our 2nd stay in two years. Communication with the hosts was easy and responses were always prompt. The 6 bedrooms fit us very well, having the beach (and all the provided beach equipment) right outside the door was perfect. Also, we spent a lot of quality time in the pool. The kitchen equipment (and all the extra towels!) provided was very helpful, and the location close (but not too close) to the town of Cocoa Beach made it easy to get around, but to still feel like we had our own private beach. We would definitely stay again!

50th wedding anniversary celebrations

We had a wonderful week celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary! We loved the views and easy access to the beach and spent most of our days up there. There was tons of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys that was appreciated. Pool is large and a great spot to hang out as well. The house was spacious and allowed us all a place to relax (6 adults, 4 children). The kids loved the bunk room. We all enjoyed sitting together on the large comfy couch watching the Olympics. We did a day trip to Disney and watched a sunrise rocket launch from cape Canaveral. Owners very responsive.

Family Vacation

We stayed here for a week to celebrate our sons retirement from the Navy. All I can say is Beautiful house, Beautiful location! We had fun in the pool and at the beach. The house was clean and comfortable! Loved it and highly recommend. Fran and Dom are wonderful hosts and respond very quickly about anything! Wonderful holiday gathering for our growing family

Fran and Dom have provided a really wonderful home that our family enjoyed immensely. At one time, we hosted Christmas dinner for 15 very comfortably at the large dining room table (we invited two of our family members who live in Cocoa Beach). The kitchen was excellent, with upgraded and new appliances. The bedrooms were clean and each offered its own unique positive attributes. The master bedroom is gorgeous. The pool was warm enough for us to get in, even in December. The grill was clean and easy to work. The outdoor areas on the property were nicely kept, and offered getaway places for our teenage family members. The access to the beach was direct, and the beach itself was quiet in this location... a great place for our daily football games (no major injuries). We were able to easily bike wherever we wanted to go, and the driveway held ample space for our rental cars. A chef's kiss was a chalked welcome sign for our family that truly made us feel welcomed. We'd try for this place again if we come back as a group!
