This unique property sits on the Katy Trail and is walkable to so much of the best spots in Dallas. Walk to Knox street to all the newest hot spots or head south to the Katy Trail Ice House with your dog or friends for the coldest beer and best burger in town. This home offers plenty of space inside and out to enjoy. We have an 11'x11' heated plunge pool, a front patio with bistro lights, a large living room, a game room with a pool table, many large TVs, a large 2nd story deck that overlooks the trail. Stay at one of the best places in Dallas...the KATY TRAIL!!!

Great place in a great neighborhood

Logan’s near the Katy Trail is stunning. The furniture and decorations were modern and great to look at and live in. Access to shops and restaurants and places to walk was so easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Most perfect place to stay

This is the second time I have stayed here and have signed up to stay two more times in the future future… I love it More every time I come back The location is perfect for someone who enjoys walking or just watching dogs go by on the trail. It’s also convenient to Knox Henderson, where there are quite a few nice restaurants along with a Starbucks in a small market. There’s also the terminal which is nearby for yoga Pilates, and general wellness.

Great Home with Convenient Location

The house was nicely decorated and very clean. It was conveniently located with easy access to the convention center and restaurants. There was plenty of room to spread out with bedrooms and living spaces on different floors.

Amazing stay

The townhouse was gorgeous! Better than the pictures. Numerous spaces and bedrooms for all to enjoy. Pool was a great addition. Location was perfect, on Katy Trail. Easy drive to Highland Park Village, SMU, and all highway locations.

Lovely property & great location

This property is gorgeous and perfectly accommodated our group of 6 for a business trip. We all had plenty of space, the furnishings are gorgeous, and it was clean and comfortable. We loved taking walks on Katy trail and the pool was clean and refreshing. It's located in a nice neighborhood and the host was very accommodating and super responsive. Note: there are lots of stairs (which wasn't an issue for us) and there is no bathroom in the garage loft. Would definitely stay here again.

Family wedding weekend

We enjoyed the stay! Logan was so helpful after VRBO had an issue with our stay connecting on the app. We enjoyed the home and comfort of being all together for this family trip!

Great Location

Nicely decorated, extremely comfortable beds, bikes available for riding, refreshing plunge pool this place has it all. Be ready for multiple stairs if your room is in the upstairs loft.

Very nice place! Pool/spa was amazing, place was well decorated and clean, beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect, we enjoyed a few nice strolls down the Katy Trail.

Can’t beat the location and well appointed with excellent beds and bedding

Perfect location. Check parking details but they are very manageable. This is a great property for a close group of friends. Very open concept and you can hear across loft style bedrooms. Very well furnished and comfortable.

Great stay in Dallas

Walking trail next to property is a big plus. You are also walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. Close to medical center. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like stairs, but we loved it.

Disappointing

The house really did not have 5 bedrooms. There was a loft (covered with cloth) and an ADU that had no bathroom. Also, construction of unit is shoddy - stairs irregular and dangerous. Someone fell down. We wouldn't rent this unit again.

Family Thanksgiving

This was a wonderful home and Logan was an excellent and responsive host. Once you enter the courtyard, you know you are in the right place. It's welcoming, stylish, well-appointed, and very clean. We loved being there and hosting our family for a perfect Thanksgiving. Would definitely return!

Girls Weekend

Property was exactly as pictured and described- clean, quality furnishing, excellent location and super quick response from host. Our only issue was key pad code did not work on arrival but the host responded immediately, opened the door and resolved the issue. Do not hesitate to stay!

Stylish townhouse near the Katy Trail

Great property right on the Katy Trail. We did a lot of walking and running on the trail which was fantastic. The house is impeccably furnished. All the amenities you could want or need. Lots of stairs and levels which gave us a lot of privacy but not a place for young children or people who can’t navigate the stairs. Only issue was not enough AC in one of the master bedrooms (could have used another stand alone unit) otherwise it was wonderful!

My wife & I were renovating our kitchen and needed a place to stay while the contractors were painting. AMAZING unit; felt very secure; had everything we needed. Loved the fireplace on the main floor and heated pool on back deck. And it literally is right on the Katy Trail. Will definitely recommend / book for out of town family & friends!

Outstanding

It is so close to everything you need. House is loaded with extras. It is much nicer than it appears from the curb. Plenty of room. Easy to get everywhere you need to go. We had pets that were easy to manage because of the way the house is set up with an enclosed front and back yard area. Front yard enclosure was our favorite for drinking coffee. Will definitely stay again.

Didn't work for us

I can see how this property would be nice for others, but for us it didn't work. We were a group of 5 women in Dallas for business. When we arrived the temperature in the house was 92 degrees and the air conditioner was not functioning well. It never cooled down enough where we could use all of the bedrooms in the 6 days we were there. The bedroom on the first floor does not have a ceiling so you can look into it from the other floors. We were not able to use the top floor loft because no matter how much we ran the AC it never got below 80 up there. The garage loft has no window treatments or bathroom so it was tough to sleep out there. The owners were very communicative and did their best to be helpful, but the unit was not what we expected based on the listing.
