Our condo is warm and inviting! You will feel like your home away from home, with all the amenities you could possibly need!

If you're looking for the PERFECT location for your family vacation, this is it! Less than 2 miles to the gates of Disney, and within minutes to most area attractions, restaurants and shopping, all at a cost lower than hotels will charge!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT PLACE FOR A FAMILY OF 3-8, THIS CONDO IS IT!!

This upscale resort condo has all the amenities you will need after a fun-filled day at the parks including: Incredible and huge family friendly pool nicer than most hotel resorts, hot tub right next to the pool, state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness area, on-site sundry shop, its own movie theatre, tennis and basketball courts, putting green, and a high quality young children's playground ALL at no extra charge!

This clean, warm, & inviting condo has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Privacy and room for everybody! It has all the comforts of home, including FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET, cable or you can log right into your netflix account. Its tastefully decorated in Disney decor for the kids. Sleep soundly in the king-sized bed in the master bedroom with ceiling fan to stir a gentle breeze while you sleep, A queen size bed and ceiling fan in the guest room and 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids in their very own Disney themed room.

No Smoking please. This unit is HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. We also provide a high chair and portable crib (pack & play) as well as an umbrella stroller for your use during your stay.

Our condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our family stay. The pool area was fun for all and the cafe on site came in handy for easy meals by the pool.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our few day stay at this condo. Just wish the weather had been nicer while we were there to take advantage of the outdoor facilities more.

The host was incredibly responsive during our stay as we had a couple random questions. Everything was clean and as advertised when we got there. It’s a great place to serve as a launch pad for Disney. We stayed there with my mom and my three boys (ages 6, 8, 10). The pool / water park area was great for non-park days. Definitely would recommend!

Very clean. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans in the main bedrooms, the bunk room could use a fan of some type—warmer than other rooms. TVs in each room, no fights over what to watch. All in all, great stay. Definitely will book again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything we could need. Beds were very comfortable. Our host was very responsive with all communications. The property itself was lovely, we enjoyed several beautiful days at the pool. My children enjoyed the game room, pool and ping pong tables. We had a great time, and look forward to being able to come back again!

Great family stay for Disney

This place was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of space and everything we needed! It didn't take us long to get to the parks and it was a perfect place to relax on our rest days.

Property was clean and spacious. Pool area and water slide were a bonus, as well as the attached arcade. Apartment had everything we needed (except salt & pepper). Location was convenient to everything. Granddaughter loved the Disney bedroom. Highly recommend.

It is the best resort in Kissimmee!!! The pool and security aspect were very important to us and for our future guests. Disney being less than 10 minutes away is the best perk.
