A HUGE backyard perfect for you to bring your dogs, also has a putting & chipping green to practice your golf game. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with a separate office that will lead you to the outside yard. up to 3 Dogs are allowed for the following rates: 1 dog = $50 total. 2-3 dogs = $100 total

The house was clean, great yard and in walking distance of downtown Greer. MUCH better than staying in a hotel. The owner is very responsive and very nice!

Absolute Gem!

Was in town for a travel baseball tournament and after a long day under the sun, this house was such a pleasure to come back to. Everything was PERFECT with all the essentials already provided, the layout of the house is very spacious and well decorated. Beds in every room are very comfortable and you can just tell the owner really put so much thought into comfort and accommodation. Will absolutely stay every time when visiting Greenville/Greer area hands down!!!

This property is perfect for my visits to South Carolina. It is close to Greenville. Greer is very charming and downtown is within walking distance. The owner is very quick to communicate to messages. It is a great house and yard for an excellent price.

Nicely furnished 3bd house with well-stocked kitchen, onsite laundry, and big fenced backyard for pet to roam or just relax. Close to downtown Greer park, coffee shops and boutiques

Convenient, quiet location

Clean, pleasant, convenient location. Walk to downtown Greer. Lovely back yard, decently equipped kitchen, comfortable bed.

Great get away

We absolutely loved it here, the beds were so comfy and the house felt like home plus I was able to bring my big boy and he loved the huge fenced in yard, he chased his ball and birds and took long hard naps on his blankets by the couch after playing. Perfect location, such a cute little town that super friendly and really nice shops and restaurants to check out within walking distance. We went to The Mason Jar with my dog and sat outside the patio and they even brought him a bowl of water and super friendly. Overall everything was perfect and beyond the host Carlos was very kind and responsive when we needed anything or help which was lovely. Will definitely stay again when we come into town.

Perfect for our needs

Traveled to town for a hockey tournament down the street. Everything was as described and honestly better than the reviews described. It wasn’t an issue for us but it shows 2 queen beds in each of 2 bedrooms and they had queens. The small bed was the most comfortable. Everything worked out great Thanks!

Short Trip

Came to the Greenville area for a weekend for daughter’s wedding shower. Convenient location with lots of restaurants around the location. Home was nice and roomy and slept all of us comfortably. There is a moth ball smell to house that is a little overpowering. The owner of the house does have cameras set up outside both doors that heresponded to in real time that was a little bit creepy and a bit big brother feeling.

Wonderful host and cozy home

perfect little get-a-way

The home was perfect for what we needed. It is very close to center Greer and it's amenities. Very close to all the restaurants and shopping you may want to do. The home itself is a quaint little bungalow that has all the accoutrements necessary for a long weekend stay. The backyard is of ample size and our pups enjoyed running around - it is not directly accessible from the house :( but the size is great. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Huge backyard and cozy house

Stopped to visit friends in the area. Cute house-loved the hardwood floors, tile in bathroom, the huge back yard for my dog-kitchen was fully stocked and neighborhood was so cute and walkable. Felt safe and slept well.

Cozy home walkable to downtown Greer

Our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 teens) enjoyed our weekend in Greer! Carlos was responsive and clear, and did not overwhelm us with tons of information and rules- just enough to know what to do and make ourselves at home! We enjoyed how easily walkable this house is to the picturesque downtown area. We were in and out all weekend with no issues.

Summer24 trip

This is the second time we have stayed at this property when visiting family. We really enjoy staying here. There is plenty of room inside and out. And the property is well kept. This time, we flew in, the house had all amenities needed!

Albino Skunk

A friend and I stayed here for three nights to attend the albino skunk bluegrass festival. The house was comfortable and clean. Easy walk thru Greer Park to get to coffee and restaurants in downtown Greer and easy out for 10 min drive to skunk. Perfect for what we needed
