Very clean property! Just as described. Mark was so easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. Townhouse is so close to ECU, the stadium and anything else in Greenville you want to do. Perfect Location!

Second time staying at this property - this will be my go-to from now on! Clean, spacious, convenient to the ECU stadium / campus. Communication with hosts is excellent and they are available to resolve any issues quickly (such as helping me find the box when a sudden storm surge popped a breaker). Don't hesitate to book with them!

The location was perfect to get to everything and close to our son. Mark & Paul were so quick to answer questions and respond to emails. Great stay and would like to stay there again.

Great location, close to everything that you will need/want to do in the area. Grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, bowling, etc. Host was easy to contact and responsive to my texts. Property was perfect for our group. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed, including an air fryer.

This was a very nice and clean property and served 4 of us well for visiting with relatives in Greenville over the weekend. Everything was well kept. The property is not the most elegant-- it is an attached home on both sides and you enter through the rear-- but was fine for what it was and a good value as well. Our only contact with the Mark was promptly and efficiently handled. Overall, glad we stayed.

Amazing place to stay in Greenville!

Great Townhouse

Our family was in Greenville for a few days and this townhouse was perfect for us. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed to cook meals, and was convenient to shopping and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We currently live in Greenville NC and Maintain a Horse ranch and Campground on the south side of Greenville.
We love Greenville because of the constant activity and changes in this town with East Carolina University and Vidant Medical Center.

We originally moved to Greenville from Conway Arkansas in 2006. We rented a home for the first year to make sure we were committed to the area. And, this home was our first investment in Greenville. We originally resided in this home and subsequently have used it for the kids to go to ECU and various other endeavors. I love this home and this neighborhood. Established but very well maintained.
