Enjoy your stay in our completely refurbished 1920's bungalow, situated three blocks from Uptown Greenville. This amazing location is close to several upscale, casual, and outdoor restaurants. Nearby are micro-breweries, multiple coffee shops, brunch spots, and boutique shopping. There regularly is live music close by, and a you won't want to miss a stroll to riverfront park to watch the sunset. Six short blocks through uptown and you are on East Carolina University's campus. Minutes from allll the action and the vibrant energy Uptown has to offer. 

This historic home offers three large bedrooms (all with king beds), two full baths, living and formal dining rooms and a full kitchen. Don't miss the coffee bar, washer & dryer. No expense was spared in the recent upgrades including the kitchen remodel with an industrial 1920's vibe. The original hardwood floors and crystal door knobs just add to the charm! 

Large rocking chair front porch and fantastic rear outdoor space with large deck includes dining and seating areas, and party lights. Plenty of parking. Just five minutes from the airport. We are dog friendly!

We enjoyed the roomy bedrooms and the layout of the house. The location is very convenient to ECU, and was perfect for our student’s orientation weekend.

I love this house and it is absolutely perfect for visiting ECU. It is such a warm, welcoming home. The front porch is so perfect, and the back patio is so well laid out with comfortable outdoor furniture. The beds are the most comfortable that I have ever experienced in a VRBO. I rented this house on my first parents' weekend and I was so happy to rent it for graduation weekend. This place is an absolute Gem!

We would stay here again. The home has a lot of historic charm, and the location is excellent as it’s close to everything downtown while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. We appreciated the nice towels and linens, the host’s quick and friendly communication, and the good selection of household supplies that were provided.There were just a few things that kept it from being a perfect stay. The kitchen could be better stocked with basics like dishwasher detergent, food storage containers, and more than one mixing bowl. One shower was clogged with hair and debris and still drained slowly even after we removed a large amount. The bathroom doorknob repeatedly fell off, making it difficult to use the bathroom with the door closed, so we mostly only used that bathroom for the sink. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread, and the outdoor trash bins at the front of the house were overflowing during our stay.Overall, these were relatively minor issues that are easy to fix. We had a wonderful visit and would happily recommend this home, especially if those maintenance items are addressed.

Wonderful Greenville Stay Close to Campus

Beautiful home, decorated with care, high quality bedding and linens, equipped with everything you could need. Lovely back deck area and good parking. Walkable to the University and wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. Loved our stay.
