Great ground floor end-unit condo is spacious, clean, quiet and near just about everything in G'ville.

Peaceful

Property is in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location, close to shopping and some restaurants. The townhome was spacious and had everything thing we needed.

Wonderful experience!

Mark was very communicative and easy to get in touch with, if needed. The place was exactly what my family needed for a wedding. It’s a great location and has everything needed for a great stay.

Wonderful Hosts

This property's host is wonderful! Excellent communication and very helpful from the moment we were checking in. The property is very clean and exactly as described. It is, IMO, an apartment community, not a condo. We were here for a golf tournament and would consider staying here again.

Excellent property

Super close to ECU and restaurants. Incredibly clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for cooking and overall stay. Highly recommend!

Great condo!

Short stay while my daughter had college orientation. Close to ECU, clean and safe area. Condo was clean and comfortable! Will stay again when we come visit her!

Wonderful stay

Home away from home

The host is timely with communication, the hse is very clean and well organized. The apartments and so silent making the stay conducive and family friendly. I would definitely recommend this property and visit the place again

Close to everything!

Adorable condo and great communication with property owners. Location was very convenient to mall, shops, restaurants, airport, etc. Would 100% recommend.

Little Christmas Getaway

We spent two nights at this condo and were completely satisfied. Everything worked and Mark was a gracious host. He was available whenever we needed him and answered our questions. He even had a small Christmas tree lit when we checked in. That was a nice surprise! (Mark, where did you get your little tree, I want one!!) The condo is tucked back away from all the traffic and noise. Loved the fact that it is ground level and a corner unit. We went to see the Christmas Parade in Ayden one night and had some good ole NC down east BBQ at Bum's Restaurant in Greenville, NC. We would definitely stay here again if our plans bring us back to Greenville. Thanks again, Mark, for a wonderful couple of days of R & R!!

Great value

Convenient, clean, and well stocked. I think the only thing we had to buy was paper towels (we always bring some anyways). Host very responsive. Reasonably quiet for a condo complex. End unit with nice yard area for pet walks. Next to a train track but seemed very infrequent, although we weren't in the unit much during the day.

ECU Family Tailgate

Worked perfect for our needs. We were in town so our family could tailgate with our senior Pirate and attend the Tulane game!

Beautiful Property!

Came down to visit my daughter, a student at ECU, and this condo was perfect for all of us to enjoy! She and her friends got home-cooked meals for a change, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and it was not a long drive to get back and forth.

Awesome place to stay

We choose it for the price but it turned out to be an awesome place to stay. Very clean and have everything we needed, including bag of ice and aluminum foil. Its the little things that make a difference. On our next vist to Greenville, this "WILL " be our first choice.
