Thanksgiving

Dish washer was not bolted down and could pull out the way out. Shower knobs are backwards. Hot was cold water and cold water was hot. Internet wasn’t the best either when watching on the tv.

Great place for a family stay.

The location of this unit is on the river. I walked down to the river and could see lots of trout swiming. The unit is next to a small playground with a dog park just past the playground. The area is quite. The condo is spacious enough with two full size sofas. Everything was well maintained. The only down was the place could have been cleaned a little better. It was not bad but just noticeable.

Fall Break ‘24

Overall the stay was very good. The WiFi didn’t work well and had to be reset every few minutes. Couldn’t watch Disney or football because of constant loss of WiFi. The views off the balcony were great. Proximity to playground was great for our granddaughter. Guys enjoyed fly fishing directly behind condo.

Titanic fun

Our stay at your place was great. It is exactly the way described. We were close to everything we wanted to do and really enjoyed the view and quiet at the condo. Thanks for letting us stay at your home.

Excellent!

Condo had everything we needed and comfortable, a/c worked great esp after a hot day. Pool on property is very enjoyable and golf course very nice. Would 100% recommend and come back.

Family Vacay Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is in the perfect location on the property if you want to fish and have kids who will play on the playground. An indoor and outdoor pool was amazing! It rained a little and we could still hang out in the pool with the kids. It’s serene by the water and wonderful being on the upper corner of the building. Screened in porch is relaxing in the morning with coffee. This is also in a great location to get to other places around the city! Everything was provided that we needed and having 3 full bathrooms made it so easy for a group! We talked about coming back before we had even left.

Family weekend

Condo was very nice, clean, and well stocked. Had an issue when we booked but communication with owner was great so the problem was resolved quickly. My family and I enjoyed our stay and hope to make it back soon

Great location!

The condo was extremely clean and spacious enough for a family. The screened in patio was right on the water which was relaxing during morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Just steps away from fishing, the playground and close to the club pool and restaurant.

Quick weekend getaway

Condo had a BAD cooking odor when we arrived. Mgmt offered to come down next day and put in an ozone machine- we opened all windows and it cleared out by next day. Condo could be decorated better. Located right next to playground and off leash enclosure so a little noisy but livable. Cobwebs in several places especially outdoor patio. Needs better furniture on both balconies- something comfortable. Great location next to river and good fishing.

Great Branson getaway

This property is in a great location next to Lake Taneycomo. Everyone enjoyed the screened-in porch facing the lake although what others said about the sliding glass door being difficult to open and close was true. It required two hands and some muscle! The property was as described and we found the mattresses on the king beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and all the appliances worked as they should. The floors could use a good cleaning as we discovered when wiping up a spill and the paper towel came away black. We enjoyed the amenities of the indoor pool and hot tub at Pointe Royale. They were clean and well maintained. We didn’t use the tennis or pickle ball courts but they looked to be in great shape with lights available for nighttime use. This condo is very nice and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Beautiful lakeview condo

We loved everything about our stay. We had 2 kids and 5 adults with plenty of room for everyone. Location is perfect. Right next to the playground, you can sit on the side sunporch and watch the kids play. The screened in back porch over looks lake taneycomo. Condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Even had soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided in each bathroom with was very nice. We will definitely stay here again!

Peaceful

This condo is in a very peaceful surrounding. The river view is beautiful! Everything in the condo was very nice. And comfortable. There were quite a few huge cobwebs especially in the corners on the woodwork above the couches. The master bathtub could use some fresh caulk as it looked moldy and the upstairs bedroom could use closet space to hang clothes. We were all adults and the upstairs bathroom needs a bigger vanity or some other space to put toiletries. Also the lock on the front door didn’t work well. If you were leaving the condo, you spent probably 5 minutes holding the door just right so the lock would line up with the door or it would stay unlocked. Over all I would give this a 4.5 stars

Great location

This condo is located on a beautiful river. Loved the views and enjoyed the balconies. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of room for us to spread out (there were 6 of us). A few negative things to mention....the sliding door was very difficult to open and close and the window blinds were broken in the living room so we couldn't open them. This made it very dark in the condo. The floor was also very sandy/dirty so I think they could have been swept a little better before we checked in. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was really low so everyone showered downstairs. Other than those things, the condo was great. We would stay here again!

Beautiful views! Nice Condo!

The condo was nice and stocked with essential needs. Nice appliances and definitely a plus to have the washer and dryer. It was perfect for the six of us and would easily accommodate a couple more. The condo over looks the lake and a beautiful view. Sitting on the screen in balcony for morning coffee or evening time was so nice to take in the surroundings. You are just steps away from putting your toes in the clear lake and watching the kiddos play on the playground right next to the condo. Would definitely recommend!
