Great stay fantastic property

The property is even closer to the beach than advertised. The two cottages provide ample space. The beds were very comfortable, and the property had excellent amenities.

Excellent VRBO

We had a group of come to FLL for a long weekend. This place was excellent. Very spacious and location was key. Most enjoyed the pool and game room. We will definitely return.

Great Location and Amenities

This house was in the perfect spot. Walking distance to the beach and close to bars restaurants and grocery stores! Very clean upon arrival as well. Christina (host) was very accommodating and responsive!

Great Houses and Excellent Location!

My family and I had a wonderful visit. Lots of room in the two houses with all the comforts of home. We spent a lot of time in the spacious pool and we enjoyed the one minute walk to the beach. The game room garage and complimentary bicycles were an added bonus.

Awesome property

Loved our stay at Surf & Sand Key. Great homes, pool & loved the 1 minute walk to the beach. Devon responded to all our needs which wasn’t much, homes were in great condition. Enjoyed the pool & beach, had a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Incredible vacation!

This property is a gem! Steps to the beach with all the amenities included in two cute beach houses. The pool, game room and spacious outdoor entertainment spaces allowed our three families to spread out and enjoy everything. Would highly recommend if looking for a beach getaway in Ft Lauderdale.

Great place

My wife and I shared this property with 6 of our close friends. There was plenty of space for us all, and proximity to Hollywood beach was very convenient. Management checked on us regularly. I would recommend for any large group looking for an oasis away from and on the beach.

Shangri-la

Perfect for my 2 sons & their families (5 boys) and my wife & I (11 total). A block from a great beach, the pool and game room provided endless hours of fun, what a set-up! Rode the bikes almost every day. Casual restaurants nearby Arubas on the beach, a bit fancier Shooters on the Intercoastal, and then there’s always Las Olas Blvd—block after block of incredible fine dining. Wow.

Both houses were perfect for the number of guests we had. The pool was amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. The layout of the two homes worked out great for our family.There were a couple of issues that should be addressed before we would consider staying again.In the three-bedroom house, the bed in the second bedroom (the one with the step down) was very uncomfortable. Every time either of us turned over during the night, the mattress or bed frame made extremely loud squeaking noises. Since we're older and tend to move throughout the night, it kept us awake. The refrigerator in that house also had a very strong fish odor. We don't eat fish, so it appeared to be left over from a previous guest.In the two-bedroom house, there was a terrible odor coming from under the kitchen sink that spread throughout the entire house. It was quite unpleasant and definitely needs to be addressed.One thing we really appreciated was how responsive the management team was. We were concerned that the pool door alarms were missing because we had our grandchildren with us. We contacted management, and they came out right away to install the alarms and even added an extra one for additional safety. Their response time was excellent throughout our stay. Anytime I texted with a question or concern, I received a quick response.Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would definitely come back if the bed and odor issues were corrected. Amazing properties

We stayed in both Surf and Sand Key, since we had11 in our family. From my first communication with Latitude Key, the management company, to our checkout, I could not be more impressed with their whole operation! They reached out daily, to check on how everything was going. Any questions were answered immediately. In every other property I have rented from, there were so many things we had to do,i.e. put the trash at the curbs, strip your beds, etc, Latitudes Key, took care of everything! The properties were very clean, and well equipped with everything you would need, including nice shower products, hair dryers, iron, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washer pods, Kurig coffee, porta cribs, coolers, washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagon, children’s beach toys, etc. The beds were very comfortable too! Since we had very young children, it was nice that there was a tall fence to secure the Sand Key pool from the Surf Key house, The only odd thing was, in order to get to the back bedrooms, in Surf Key, while in the house, you had to walk through the master bedroom. But that being said, there are exterior doors to access each bedroom. This would be by no means, be a deal breaker to stay here. It is a 1 minute walk to the beach! There are a couple hotels within walking distance, with restaurants. One even has an ice cream shoppe! In conclusion, I would stay at any property that is managed by Latitude Key!

Ambas casas son hermosas, tienen todo lo que uno puede necesitar durante unas vacaciones y más. La ubicación es excelente. La zona es muy segura y tranquila. La playa suele estar poco concurrida también. Lo único que podrían mejorar quizás sería agregar blackout en los cuartos para que sean más oscuros en la mañana. Sin duda volveríamos nuevamente. Fue una experiencia perfecta.

Nice place in a great location

The property is one house off the beach. You can see the ocean from the living rooms. The outdoor patio with TV and outdoor furniture was great. The gameroom worked great. We had 13 and fit no problem

Boys trip

This property has everything that you would want. We had seven guys in our group and we were more than comfortable. The property is in a great location to the beach and restaurants. The management company is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
