The place was exactly as it was advertised. It was very clean and in a great location for exploring Miami. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice 2 bedroom place.

Apartment was clean. The building is a little older but nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. The parking was great. Always has a spot available no matter the time of day. Only about a 10 min drive to S Beach. This was the 2nd time staying in one of this hosts rentals. No complaints at all.

Wonderful apartment and location.

The apartment was much more spacious than we anticipated and was very clean. The location is amazing! Less than 200 feet from the bay and so many excellent cafes and restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent Location

Great place to stay. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the convention center, venetian causeway and Lincoln Road. Lots of restaurants and shopping. The best part for us was that it is in a cul-de-sac, so it was very quiet.

Wonderful location really nice apartment loved everything about it

We stayed over New Year’s weekend and everything was within walking distance. It was really fabulous. I would do it again also over New Year’s if possible.

Quick stay for a fun NYE

Quick uber ride to Ocean Drive. Nice walking path on bayside. We had to wait 45 minutes after check in for cleaning staff to finish. Needs some updates and bathroom fixes but overall clean. Perfect for a couple nights.

well located units - clean - good beds but showing its age. Small bathrom and shower if you are over 6ft you will have to remove the dangerous glass shelf for not to hit it and break it. Defective hair dryer (only cold working) - the coffee pods are awful, but the tea pods are OK, but you get only 5 or 6 for a week's stay, and 30 coffee pods that we did not touch.

Girls trip

We all 3 loved this place so much this makes our standards for the next place we stay very high we had so much fun and loved being by the water. Very clean and the brothers where amazing and helpful

Great Property

Property was as it appears on the website. Very clean, spacious, helpful amenities. The location was great! Easy access to shopping, beach, etc. Safe location! Loved that parking was included. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely use this property again!

had a request for the housekeeper to come back because the floors weren’t done right it was dirt behind the couches rug was old and I had to roll up because it was a trip hazard the shower is it updating there’s mildew in the corners the toilet bowls are very tiny like from 1970 location was great but inside Showers/ toilet needs updated

Great quiet apartment very close to Lincoln street and great resteraunts

Nice and very clean 2 bedroom. 2q ueen beds in one room were great. Good location near Lincoln mall on 17th street. Host was very receptive and we were very happy with our stay.

Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect. The location to the bay, restaurants and grocery stores was ideal. Property was exactly as pictured. It was approx a 1 mile walk to the beach, a very nice relaxing walk or a short Uber if preferred. I would highly recommend. My only criticism is, if you plan to cook, the cookware and dinnerware are quite limited.

Great place for visiting Art Basel and the other fairs.

Clean and comfortable, but door is sometimes hard to open, as lock bolt doesn't quite fit the latch.
