The building’s elevator will be out of service beginning October 13th for approximately three weeks while scheduled elevator modernization work is completed.

This apartment is located on the 4th floor, and guests will need to use the stairs during this time.

With 1,550 square feet of space and a rooftop deck offering views of the beach and Ocean Drive, this is the perfect retreat for families, friends, or groups looking to enjoy the ultimate South Beach experience.

Step inside and enjoy the open-concept design featuring a comfortable living room and dining area—an inviting space to gather, relax, and create memories together. The deck off the living room is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, take in the ocean views, or admire the sunrise.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks during your stay.

Each bedroom offers a comfortable place to relax and recharge. The master bedroom features a new queen bed and spacious master bathroom. The second bedroom includes two new double beds, while the third bedroom has a queen bed. Every bedroom includes a flat-screen TV for convenient entertainment.

A single futon sofa in the living room allows the penthouse to comfortably accommodate 6–7 guests.

Located in the heart of South Beach, this penthouse puts you close to the vibrant atmosphere, local attractions, and everything Miami Beach has to offer. Enjoy the perfect combination of space, comfort, views, and an unforgettable location.

This location was a perfect stay for my first time in Miami. Directly across the street from the beach. This penthouse condo is very spacious, and sleeps comfortably up sleep six or more. The art deco design is very nice. All the comforts of home, including a washer dryer. If you’re considering coming to Miami. You should definitely check this spot out for a nice and relaxing stay.

What an amazing penthouse apartment right in the heart of Ocean Drive. It is situated on the top floor right across the road from the beach and next to lots of restaurants and bars. Location is the best.The apartment was huge, with a kitchen and washing machine in the apartment. Two rooms had en suites and there is a large decking area to with tables and chairs. What we didnt realise is the main bedroom has it's own decking area with sofa, tables and chairs also, what a bonus. We absolutely loved our stay here and Lu (owner) and Helena (caretaker) were in constant contact with before, during and after our stay. If I was to come back to Miami beach I'd certainly be looking to see if this was available before looking anywhere else. Thanks

The best thing about this apartment was the location and the fact they had a new washing machine. The actual apartment is very tired. The place needs a proper deep clean. The sheets were cheap and smelt, the pillows were old and also smelt. The aircon was the most worrying thing. It was absolutely filthy and looked like it needed a maintence and a good clean. The vent in the small room was black and looked like it had mould. The aircon cupboard was full of dust and the drip tray has fallen off and therefore not working. The aircon in the main bedroom did not work properly and blew on my face so badly and it made he feel unwell. This could be lovely but needs attention from the owner. The host Helena was very helpful.

I personally check in with my guests during their stay, and we always have someone available if anything needs attention. We were therefore surprised to see these concerns mentioned for the first time in the review, as we were not contacted about them during the stay. Had we known, we would have been happy to have our team address them right away. We appreciate you staying with us and sharing your feedback.

Location is the main highlight! The entrance is a bit confusing since it feels like you’re entering the restaurant in front but the beach is so close! And Ocean drive with all the restaurants, stores, and art deco gives you plenty to do! The space is large and comfortable. A few things could use an upgrade and would take it to the next level (e.g., kitchen appliances, some of the outdoor seating). Also, there is laundry available, but it’s shared and requires separate payment. Helena was always available should you need anything!

Nice place, great location.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Upside - great location and the communication with owner and property manager was proactive/good. Downside - kitchen supplies were a little sparse, and the bathroom fixtures and living room furniture are a bit worn. Thank you!

Great place by the beach

Perfect location. Good restaurant right below. Helena was awesome! Beach was right across the street. Room was clean and everything worked. Slept 5 guys...3 beds, a futon, and a couch. I would totally stay here again. From booking to leaving was a great experience!

Married Couples Getaway

It was 3 adult couples! The location was great! We were in a prime location! The actual condo was very outdated! There were no wash clothes, paper towels or toilet paper upon arrival! The the master tub was not clean

We are located in an awesome location in the Heart of South Beach right across the street from the beach. The guest did not contact us regarding these items. We do leave EXTRA towels, wash clothes, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags in the closet in the apartment and would have told her where to find them if she had asked for additional items

50th birthday celebration

Loved the location! Close to everything. We walked to all bars, restaurants, and beach. Helena went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and fun. Location is PERFECT

We had a fabulous stay. Location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Penthouse had plenty of space and the deck was the best view to watch sun rise and set. Penthouse has 2 1/2 baths, which was perfect and not stated in the listing. Deck could use new wood or maybe indoor outdoor rug/grass to avoid splinters. Helena was a gem and a wonderful person and provided information as well as a few extra towels. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location!!

Excellent location - don’t rent a car. You can get anywhere you want to go by Uber or a short walk. Communicating with the property manager and owner was excellent! There isn’t any house keeping so bring laundry detergent if you want clean towels. One bedroom needed a fan but it was doable. We felt very safe there! I would highly recommend - just be prepared to take care of a few items on your own.

Girls Trip 2023

This was my first visit to Miami on a girls trip with family. The location was perfect close to all the restaurants and lounges and directly across the street from the beach. The furniture/rug was a little outdated but my host Helena was amazing. She allowed us to check in early because of my flight arrival time. She responded quickly to my questions and needs even stayed for a few to give us some tips to help us have a good stay. Thank you Helena I will see you again!
