Very clean rental! As soon as we opened the door, the rental smelled clean and was spotless. Nice view of the beach/ocean from the balcony. We had an excellent view of all the fireworks for July 4..didn’t even need to go downstairs to watch them. Rental was just as described in pictures. We would stay again!

The direct beach access was great, the outside pools were very dirty looking which was disappointing. The master bed was pretty uncomfortable( budget 50 for a 2-3 inch memory foam) . Also the master bedroom had a door connecting to the main hallway which had a 1 inch gap all the way underneath the door which allowed stomping feet and loud children all through out the night, we got terrible sleep for 5 days. The gate needs another entrance for guests staying there ,had to wait about 10-15 minutes 4 different times just to get through and park.

Weekend getaway

The condo was as described and matched the photos. The layout was great for family. We had plenty of space to relax and spend time together, as well as space for quiet time apart. Very relaxing.

The room was exactly as described. 1 elevator was down. Which made everything more difficult to go up and down and especially enter and exit with the cart. The property itself is a bit worn an needs some maintenance. If Mother Nature cooperated, we may not have noticed as much.

Great location, easy beach access and Kiva Dunes Golf. Close to best local seafood at Fresh Market Seafood. Would definitely stay again, was the perfect size for our family of 4.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed being able to walk right out to a beautiful beach. The kids also loved the indoor pool. Everything you would need was there. The place was ready to go. Show up and enjoy. We’d stay here again.

Nice location but not up to what we thought it would be

It was a nice location but the beds were super hard to sleep in. When we pulled the couch mattress out it was stained and there were springs missing, overall I probably would not book here again.

Great Stay

This condo was awesome. The condo was clean and well-maintained, as were the amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and flatware, which is perfect for families looking to cook while on their vacation. The restaurant had delicious food with comparable prices to other restaurants in the area. There was a room on the first floor that had an honor system library for books, movies, and puzzles. Overall we had a fantastic stay, and I would be quite happy to book here again in the future.

Great vacatio

All was clean and comfortable for our short stay. The only disappointment was the broken Keurig but I asked ahead of time and made other plans for coffee. Got to have coffee. Lol. Everything was easy and we could not be happier with the trip. Will book again!

Great Experience

We recently stayed had a short, busy trip to Fort Morgan. Though we didn't get to spend as much time in our condo as we had hoped, we certainly relaxed well while we were there. Unit was clean and well-equipped for all of our needs. There was a great view of the beach from our balcony and plenty of space for the 4 of us. It could easily accommodate a couple more. Indoor pool was nice and fitness room is equipped with brand new machines. There are two hot tub options, as well as a saunas, for those who dig that kind of thing. We will plan on staying here again on future visits as we had a great experience.

Great location; pull out bed in bad shape

We loved our family vacation in Fort Morgan. Absolutely stunning beach, so private and peaceful. I would have rated this condo higher, however it advertised that it sleeps 6 with a pull out bed, but the bed is in very poor condition. One of my sons had to sleep on the floor and the other slept cross ways on the bed because of the poor condition of the support bar and mattress. The pull out bed was also very difficult to push back in. I would say this unit sleeps 4 comfortably.

Nice Play to Stay

I would rent this again. It is a really nice place. There is a couple reasons why I didn't give it a 5. Before you arrive, you have to buy a parking pass for $35 or hold up the line at the gate to order one. This is not said anywhere when you book it. These instructions were supposed to be in an email with check in instructions, that I never received. I did send a message to the owner of the condo through VRBO, but didn to receive an answer until after we had already been at the condo for a day or so. The coffee pot didn't work, I had to buy one. You are way out from most stores and restaurants. There is nothing close by to make a "quick" trip to the store. Be prepared. The air conditioner made this really loud, weird humming noise that scared my kids every time it did it. Not sure what that was. Other than that, this place was great. Be sure to note, this is not a hotel, so don't expect it to be. No ice machines, or cleaning crew to hand out more towels. It is very clean. Quiet. Walking distance to the beach. Watch out for the security crew after hours. We were headed back from crab hunting on the beach and one of the guys in a golf cart almost ran all over us because he didn't slow down at all.

Would have liked to know which floor we were on - not that we could change it but would help to know when booking units. One of the elevators was down part of the time which made it inconvenient at times. Guess it is VRBO's choice not to show exact address information until day of arrival. Our daughter's family booked a condo for the same time and we didn't know until arrival we were in different buildings.If there was a posted time for quiet time in the building, we didn't see it. We had neighbors on the same hall and above that were loud until after midnight each night.One thing that wasn't clear on the listing was "washer". There was not a washer and dryer in the unit. There was a laundry mat in the building but was full anytime we tried to use it.

we really enjoyed this place. Water is not crystal blue; you are by the gulf so that's normal and should be expected. building is older but in good condition, everything in the condo worked as it should.... ESPECIALLY THE AC... lol. Very comfy beds, had everything we needed, Dollar General was only a couple miles away for groceries. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent, not included. Outdoor pool was clean and not crowded. Beach is very clean, private, plenty of room. you will need to buy a parking pass online then fill out a form when you get there. We appreciated the 24/7 security.
