Adorable fully refinished ranch level home with a finished basement located just outside Omaha. Hardwood floor on main level. Set in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood on two acres. Includes garage access, one bedroom on main floor and two bedrooms in the lower level with a full bathroom on both levels. All beds have newer high end mattresses. Short drive to all major parts of Omaha. 15 minutes or less to downtown, midtown, UNO, Creighton, shopping and many other locations. No parties allowed.

Fantastic place with amazing hosts!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our multi-family trip! The photos were great but once we arrived, we were breathtaken by the home and property- pictures didn’t do them justice. It was a very spacious home that was fully stocked in every way possible. Our 5 adults were more than comfortable in all the beds and so were the kids. We used the kitchen and were very pleased with provided cookware. Beautiful home that was no more than a 10-15 min drive from downtown and we will be back!! Only downside is located off a street where speed limit is higher and so we were a little nervous with the kids, but made it work. Very quiet neighborhood so ended up not being an issue.

Bigger then I imagined

It was a lovely home and property. Felt like we were in the middle of farmland, even though we were minutes from the city. The home was larger inside then it looked like in the photos. Had plenty of room to enjoy each other’s company or have our own space. I love the countryside and trees so this was perfect. The view from the back window is serene. I loved all the remodeling done to the home. Felt new, but has a story. I’d stay there again.

Cute, update space!

Wonderful home with a great open kitchen/living area for a small group and secluded sleeping areas (great for kiddos!). Nicely updated home with a great view. Recommend!

Quaint bird’s view of nature

The property owner was quick and responsive when we informed her the house hadn’t been cleaned well upon our arrival. She was great to work with. The house had a great view of the valley! We loved watching the birds in the trees. We saw a bluebird, cardinals, nuthatches, and more! What a delight! We had fun playing games at the large kitchen table. We were only 15 minutes from the theater where we saw the musical, Wicked. We had a great family weekend.

Cute, cute house

This is a lovely little house that had many new updates inside. It appears to be in the process of outside updates. The house is on a lovely property that unfortunately has no outside access. I hope they put a large deck across the back; the view would be spectacular. We had a few issues with cleanliness: dirty dishes in the dishwasher, glitter everywhere from previous renters, but overall we had a good time and would consider renting again if the outside is updated.
