Outstanding home, spacious, close to everything

3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH comfortable, cozy home that sleeps 6-8. Come spend a few days in this relaxing, clean home in a safe neighborhood. In 2023 added a new comfortable queen size pillow top mattress in Master bedroom...so comfortable you will be amazed.

This newer home has 2 living rooms with 42” TV in the upper living room and 50” in the lower living room. A corner fireplace in the upper living room and a crystal fireplace with adjustable heat control in the lower living room. The open concept kitchen gives way to a living room and makes it nice for togetherness while preparing a meal. It is ready for use with dishes, new pots and pans, and the essentials for cooking or baking. The table seats 6 to 8 and has a leaf available for seating up to 10 people. It overlooks a huge deck with a fenced- in yard and beautiful flower garden with fountain (not in use in the winter); also a grill and patio set with a cantilever umbrella. The lower level has a newer LG washer and dryer and has a get-away space for the kids to watch TV or DVD player and VCR with movies available.

The two car garage has a remote control for easy access into the lower living room. Standing Bear Lake is close by within 5 minutes, or there are two bicycles to ride after signing a release of liability statement -- to it within 10-15 minutes. A very nice lake that offers bike trails, fishing, picnicking or walking.

This property is conveniently located by grocery stores, Walgreens, WalMart, restaurants and/or lounges, gas stations, theaters and most anything you would need. The interstate is also within minutes to drive to the airport, downtown, the zoo, concerts, etc. Just let us know where you need to go in Omaha or surrounding cities and we will give you detailed directions to accommodate your stay.

This home is the perfect place to stay for professionals, couples, and families. When booking please provide a cell phone number you will be traveling with and an email address. We look forward to meeting you.

Stayed 5 nights, very nice home in a great location near everything we needed. Susan was easy to work with and clean up requirements were simple. Would definitely stay again when traveling to Omaha.

Perfect Family Friendly Stay in Omaha

We had a wonderful stay at Sue’s property! She was a fantastic host—very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The home was spotless, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially cozy, and we all slept great. The neighborhood is peaceful, family-friendly, and conveniently located. This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Omaha—we’d definitely return!

Felt Like Home

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very homey feel. We were very comfortable and everything was easy to use and find.I especially enjoyed the shower heads. I have something similar at home but, these have an outer circle, so when you pull out the handheld, you can still get rinsed by the outer spray. Hard to describe but wonderful to experience.

Nice house in a quite neighborhood

The house was very clean and kept up and had a garage to park in. There was plenty of room for the three of us. Located in a quite neighborhood about 20 mins from downtown which was very easy to get to from the house. A grocery store was less than 5 mins away. I would stay here again.

Great home in a great area!

We had a great stay at this house in Omaha. The property is very clean, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay! The property manager is very responsive, and super welcoming! We will certainly book again in the future!

Lovely Home and great location!

Very clean and the location was great. Easy to get on the interstate to get to anywhere in town with all of the necessities nearby! House had everything we needed to stay comfortably. Check in could be improved without a face to face. We would prefer a contactless check-in.

Thank you David for staying and the review. The main reason for check-in procedure is to hand you the garage remote that allows you to use during your stay. It is convenient to use during rain/snow weather. Also, is allows me to verify "no smoking" or pets allowed. A previous review stated the "house smelled of smoke" which was completely fabricated as you and all other guests for the past 6 yrs can attest. Also, check in usually takes around 10 to 15 minutes depending on how many questions guests may have - and is appreciated by many guests. Thank you again and you are welcome back to stay anytime.

Second Time Home

This is the second time we have rented this property when we go to visit grandkids. With 2 different living areas to gather, it allows different activities to be enjoyed. Grocery shopping closeby which is very convenient.

Great location with a lot of space

Susan has an immaculate home and we could all spread out and relax in our own bedrooms but still be together for meals. This was a perfect location for us because the home was close to our family. Susan is very prompt to respond to any inquiries. She even provided coffee! Thanks for helping make our brief visit a great time!

Warm welcome and comfortable stay

Our stay was BEYOND amazing! Susan was a wonderful host. Her home was lovely and the best decision made in renting for this trip to Nebraska from Texas.. We were able to relax, watch movies, chat, and eat meals together. None of this is ever possible with hotel stays. We appreciate her for opening her home to us. We truly enjoyed it.

Son's Wedding Weekend

We rented this house for our son and some of his wedding party; with significant others. The group had a great stay and enjoyed having a place they could relax and enjoy friends there for the weekend. We appreciate being able to rent a home where they were all together, and not several hotel rooms where they would be seperate, and then driving around to find a place to celebrate and hang out

North Omaha Stay

Very quiet and peaceful. Susan and Tim are great people and are excellent hosts. She will go over all details with you at check in and are very close to the property if you have issues. Just a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Will staying in the home I was working on a job site 4 minutes away and stayed for 2 weeks. Felt like home.

Spotless

We had a girls weekend to attend a concert and chose this VRBO for the six of us. Susan's house was spotless and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Susan's attention to detail was greatly appreciated and she was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home with great amenities

The house was absolutely perfect for my group's short weekend stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the family rooms on the main floor and basement were great. Everything we needed for cooking was provided. We had a small BBQ and the grill, deck, and backyard were great. Susan was wonderful to work with and was very attentive to any needs that I may have had. Overall, the experience was definitely deserving of 5 Stars.

Perfect Spot in Omaha!

Our Omaha rental couldn't have been nicer. Susan rolled out the "Red Carpet," meeting us at the house with freshly baked cookies. The home had plenty of space, and we were able to park in the two car garage. It was conveniently located and close to points of interest. There was a wonderful deck, and back yard, I just wish the weather was a little better so that we could have enjoyed outside more. The house is set up so that you can enjoy each other's company without being too crowded. The kitchen was well stocked, and the ROKU TV gave us plenty of viewing choices. We couldn't have selected a better place to stay for our visit...

House full of rules.

The owner is not friendly.The house is full of rules. Owner doesn’t want your family and friends come over and say hello.Owner has some one spying. And reports everything you do in and out of the house and how many people are coming over for a talk.She will charge you for family and friends coming over for visits.Family and I were supposed to be staying 4 nights there, but we had to check out a day earlier because she called us and said she had a call from her spymaster that they were more than 20 people come in and out of the house.She has a cameras every corner of the house.She told me that, No visitors.

I have been with Vrbo for 10 years and 99% of hundreds of reviews give me 5 stars. I am extremely hospitable to all guests and friendly. This guest lied to Vrbo and me about the number of people staying. He told Vrbo 2 guests and there were 7 guests. I have brand new carpeting throughout my home and he invited 25 people to stay that had wet shoes from the rain come into my home and damage the carpet. I have NO cameras in my home and know this is against the law! He states he checked out early on the Vrbo site as they drove from Arkansas. I did not ask him to leave nor did I call him. I never ask guests to leave early and if they want to extend their stay I accomodate them. He messaged me on the Vrbo site stating "Thank you very much for your hospitality. My family and I enjoyed staying in your home". "I really appreciate you letting us borrow your stuff while we were here". -- his exact comments. His review is slanderous and entirely untrue! My home is very beautiful, clean - some guests say spotless - and I go out of my way to make your stay wonderful! This kind of slanderous review should not be allowed on Vrbo.
