House was about as advertised. Only major complaints are in regards to cleanliness. There was urine on the toilet when we arrived and. The first two dishes I pulled out were so dirty it looked like they were used and put back in the cabinet. The owner did offer to come clean the toilet but I already had.

With all the touches of home and close proximity to all things to do in Hot Springs, we greatly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Enjoyable Stay

The house was very nice and the landlord was easy to communicate with. I had wanted to bring my dogs but ended up not being able to. However, I would like to go back with my dogs to stay there again! There's a nice fenced yard and it's a cute little property.

Gun Shots in the Neighborhood

The house was fine although it needed to be cleaned better. Especially in the bathroom and kitchen. The home wasn't in the best of neighborhoods. Twice during our stay we heard gunshots in the general area. The property owner was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I'm not sure he's aware that the cleaning person isn't doing a good job.

Wonderful family getaway!

My family (husband, 2 kids and 3 dogs and me) loved this house. Small but cozy and it had everything we needed! Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and Chuck was a superb host! Easy to get to historic downtown and Maxwell Blades magic show. Everyone in town were friendly not only to us but our furbabies! We all have great memories of our visit!

Comfortable & convenient

My son and I and his 2 dogs enjoyed our 5-day stay at this house in Hot Springs. The house is located close to a grocery store, several restaurants, pharmacies and Oaklawn Casino & horse racing track. It's also just a few minutes from Hot Springs' historic Bathhouse Row and downtown. We hiked daily and visited the Garvan Woodland Gardens, which are beautiful.

14 days in Hot Springs

We rented this home in Hot Springs for 14 days, and found the home to be very nice and quiet. We have 2 dogs and they enjoyed the fenced in yard, a good place for them to play outside. A nice patio also to watch the dogs play. This was the biggest reason we chose this home. The home is very nice, had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking meals. The living room and bedroom were very comfortable. The location was very accessible to everything in Hot Springs, Casino, Lake Hamilton, The Baths, The Park. Overall a very homey feel. We definitely would consider renting this home again when we are in the Hot Springs area. The host pleasant, go with the flow and was available to deal with anything promptly whenever we called him. This is a good home, we give it 5 stars!

Val's Views

It was a great experience there. Very clean, private and peaceful. Only blocks away from the fun! I did, however, forget my blow dryer and Chuck sent it to me the following day. Chuck was VERY nice and helpful. I would recommend this home anytime!

Quick trip

Just a quick weekend trip to attend an event at the convention center. Convenient to Oaklawn, downtown, and Garvan Woodland Gardens. Bed as extremely comfortable. Called and texted Chuck, in which he responded quickly with information requested.

Wonderful Place

Loved staying here! Had no issues while staying. The neighborhood was a little unkept but the house and property were very nice. Our dogs loved the yard and patio. One bed was firm/memory foam and one was soft. So we had our pick. Good water pressure for a shower. Had all the amenities one needs. We stayed for a weekend but would stay here for a longer stay if needed. Chuck was just a phone call away if we needed him. Plenty of shade for some outdoor relaxation. Everything was within minutes of the house. The longest drive was to the Science Museum and it was still 15 mins. Bathhouse row was less than 10. Very convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

Vacation

Very nice property. Very Clean & comfortable. Nice to have water & coffee supplied. We came to ride at off-road park. It was a little tight getting the trailer & pickup backed into driveway as street is narrow. Limited room. Neighbors in next block were arguing in street at 1 in morning on Friday night. Saturday was much quieter. We enjoyed the horse race decor. Thanks Chuck for making our stay enjoyable.

Small, but perfect for two adults and pets

We loved the home. You could tell it was a loved property. It feels like home. It was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in and we stay about 6 times a year at different properties. Everything worked well in the house. The fence yard was perfect for our two big dogs. The neighborhood is older but was so quiet. It is very convenient to Hwy 7 and the racetrack. great outside sitting even with a patio TV. We will return
