The property was very nice over all. The decor was awesome, amenities were great and it was a wonderful location easy to find. The only complaint I would have is there needs to be a good dusting of the furniture tables others than that all was good.. If back in the area this would be a place we would definitely stay again. The host were top notch. Thank you to them for being so attractive.

The cottage was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and quaint. A picture in the bedroom reminded me of my grandmother as she had the same picture hanging in her house my whole life.Our grandkids enjoyed the creek the first evening (they were only with us one night).The kitchen was equipped with what I needed to cook breakfast.Easy access to the main Hwy to anywhere we needed to go.We would definitely stay again if we are in the area and it’s available.CL

Great place to stay! It had everything we needed. Very clean and comfy beds and the coffee bar was awesome! We were in town for the races and it was just a 10 Uber ride to get over there so incredibly convenient! Karen is a wonderful host and quick to respond. Hope to stay again next year!

This property was the most perfect sister-trip getaway location! The host was very communicative and helpful when getting into the house. The house was clean and offered all the amenities any home would have, including first aid needs and basic toiletries. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a location in and around Hot Springs!

The hostess was so welcoming and helpful. Very responsive! The location is perfect-convenient to everything and we felt very safe. The cottage itself is adorable. They have done an amazing job of updating it enough to be comfortable but keeping the old time charm! The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were everything you could need. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to stay again!

The cottage was absolutely perfect. It was charming, clean and comfortable. They have done an excellent job of updating the home, while keeping the history of the house intact. Comfy furniture blends with antique furniture. And we felt very safe staying here. Not to mention just minutes from good food and shopping!

Cute Carlene’s Cottage

The cottage was incredibly charming, clean and cutely decorated with beautiful antiques. It was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away for our anniversary. I would recommend this spot to anyone!

Coziest Cottage!

Karen’s property was so cozy and comfortable! All of the decor is so homey and everything was so clean and thoughtfully provided! The kitchen has everything you could need and more - she’s even stocked it with a few snacks, coffee, syrups, etc. We enjoyed our long weekend here and will book again :)

Wished we could have stayed longer

Very cozy and well kept older (1930s) property that had a nice mix of modern and antique. Although just off of a main highway, you could barely hear passing traffic unless it was a large vehicle. Close to downtown and major thoroughfares

Very Comfortable

Nicely furnished with plenty of amenities such as spices and cooking items within close proximity of downtown Hot springs and the Garvan Woodland Gardens. The host was always quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns.

Communication with Karen was great--she's very attentive. The house itself is a little bit on the older side, it's hard to tell from pics that the house is off a main road, so not as much a 'cabin feel' if you want a secluded/foresty place. The backyard is great for dogs.

Thank you for the review. In the description of the house, I describe it as a 1930's cottage with a cozy feel. We pride ourself in having a comfortable, 5 star rating, clean, polished cottage. It's described to be close to the bi-pass and city center with a babbling creek near the cottage and it sits on an acre lot with lots of surrounding trees for a country feel.

Kitchen was fully equipped, including spices! Very clean! We were disappointed in how close the main highway was to the house. The online pictures looked like the house was further back. Due to traffic noise we weren't able to enjoy the outside. The spring was dry so we didn't get to enjoy it either. Overall, it's a nice place. We did enjoy Hot Springs and the weather was beautiful!
