Lower Level Executive Rental in Victorian District

This is a great Savannah location, in the Victorian District close to Forsyth Park and 1.1 miles from the Riverfront. Parking for free on the street or park off street behind the house! King bed. Equipped kitchen. Full bathroom has combination tub/shower. Full size private laundry machines. A half bathroom (powder room) is conveniently located off the kitchen.

The sofa does not pullout in this apartment so this is only for 2 people. Shared front porch and private back porch. Shared back yard.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities.
Please note that bookings are non-refundable so do NOT use instant book to reserve this apartment if you are not sure yet. Once booked you may not cancel for a full refund but we offer insurance options that can be added on to cover many common reasons for needing to cancel.

Well equipped rental on a quiet street. Close to downtown and parking was ample. Plenty of room for just the two of us. Could use some deep cleaning as rooms smelled musty.

Great stay with one exception. The next-door neighbor had a bunch of people sitting outside of our window which has a straight view to the bedroom. No blinds, just see through curtains. I felt like our privacy was invaded especially at night. Other than that, we loved our stay.

This place was extraordinary! It’s so much bigger than I anticipated. It had such charm. It was clean and in a very safe neighborhood. This is my 5th time visiting Savannah, and by far the best place I’ve ever stayed! The quick walk to Mate’ Factor for breakfast was an added bonus. (Best cinnamon rolls ever!). We will definitely be staying here again.

Easy to park our Sprinter van right in front. This is a lower unit of a house in a historic neighborhood. Walkable to groceries- we were also able to walk to the riverfront/ downtown. Clean and comfortable. It's an older house lower unit, so don't expect all new... and occasionally hear the upstairs neighbors. A very pleasant stay.
