A Beautiful 2400 square foot 4 Bedroom, 3 full bath home. 1st Master Suite with king, 2nd Master Suite with queen, Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two single beds and share the 3rd Bathroom. 2 Living areas, one with the entertainment center and another quieter area with a Formal Living Room and Dining area. The large Kitchen has an eat in area, but most guests spend their time enjoying the Lanai and Pool area. We have a table seating 8 on the Lanai and 4 very comfortable sun loungers. Both Master Suites, 3rd Bathroom, Living/Dining Room and Kitchen all have direct access to the Lanai and Pool area.

Pet friendly... well behave and adult dog will be accepted :)

The lake is visited by birds & small mammals who enjoy the water or shelter in the big oak in the back yard. We are 20 minutes leisurely drive from wide gulf beaches to the West and the same distance south takes you to the smaller Caribbean style beaches on the island. You could visit a different beach every day of the week!

Great place for golf lovers! Florida gulf beaches within a 15 minute drive! Many parks for bird, turtle & dolphin watching! Nearby Englewood offers many island type restaurants with excellent food and Old Florida ambiance. Nearby Port Charlotte offers additional unique dining opportunities plus popular franchise restaurants, chain stores and a mall.
