My husband and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary and wanted a quick getaway. This place was perfect. Very nice location (love the stream in the backyard!) and a great host. We'd definitely come back.

Our family had enough room to sleep with comfortable beds, and large dining table for meals. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the fire pit . All in all a good experience!

Ryan was awesome and responded very quickly, any time I messaged him. The house was as beautiful as the pictures, my favorite areas were the swing by the water and the screened in porch!The place was very well stocked and had more than I would have expected.We were pleased with the accommodations and didn't have to leave to enjoy our time in the Pocono's.

Our family loved this house: The streamthe basement gamesExcellent spaceEnough kitchen utensils and dishes and extras for 9 peopleThe fire pitThe chairsThe outdoor eating optionsThe amazing streamside bench.Amenities like the pool would've been loved but we didn't get time or opportunity to use it. Charming house and very responsive, communicative host!! Really enjoyed our stay here!! Would stay here again!!

The home was exactly as described and we found it even better overall than expected. The surroundings are peaceful, full of beauty, and the amenities are wonderful. With one of our kids recovering from an injury, we had plenty to do with the game room and backyard fire pit. One nice touch was having a fan and sound machine in all the bedrooms plus the TVs were awesome everywhere. We had a great relaxing week! I highly recommend the Adventure Sports for kayaking or rafting on the Delaware.

Excellent property in great location close to all the area attractions. Furnished with everything you need to get by and more. Very clean and loaded with amenities. Have stayed here multiple times for short trips and will keep coming back!

This place was amazing . It was very clean and spacious . The fire pit by the creek was so peaceful sitting outside by the fire. Ryan is the best host that we have had . Very accommodating and attentive if we needed something . Would def come back here .

The house is beautiful with a well stocked kitchen, and Ryan is a great host. The stream in the back was so cool. It’s a great place and if it fits your needs, you should definitely stay here.

Great house for our big group. Lots to do on the property, in the community and the surrounding area. Ryan was super responsive but the property was perfect.
