Comfortable, Spacious, and Beautiful, We Would Highly Recommend This Lake House

My wife wanted to celebrate her 50th birthday in Bushkill in a house by a lake, where she could spend the day outside reading and relaxing with our daughter, and my wife’s best friend and her husband. We were all very comfortable. There was plenty of space for our small group. The property is beautiful. It was cool at night when we were there, so we sat around a fire in the fire pit and had a great time. We definitely plan on staying there again and would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at Lakeberry! All the extra touches - linens provided, kayak, paddleboat & canoe, coffee station, and even s'mores ingredients made it extra special! Great host!

"Thank you for an incredible stay! Our family had an amazing experience. We loved being out on the lake fishing, swimming at the huge community pool, and wrapping up our evenings in the hot tub and making s'mores by the fire pit. We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. There was so much to do during our stay, fishing, hiking, kayaking, even camping options and the hot tub was an amazing bonus.

It’s clear a lot of care goes into making sure guests have all the essentials. There was so much to do during our stay, fishing, hiking, kayaking, even camping options and the hot tub was an amazing bonus that really made the experience feel special and relaxing. This trip will always mean a lot to me because it’s where I proposed to my girlfriend and I left with a fiancée. That alone makes this place unforgettable for us. We’re so grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back to create even more memories. Thank you for such an incredible stay!

It’s very small for the listed max capacity of 10. The living room isn’t just big enough to gather everyone together comfortably. You will continuously bump at each other and squeeze yourself in to get through if there are people eating on the dining table. It is meant to be rented, no character, no charm. Not lived in. Very basic unlike the ones we’ve stayed in before. Salt (yes, salt!) is not even provided. The laundry detergent left was only enough for one load (literally) Pair of scissors was nowhere to be found. It might be fit for others, maybe for a group of 6 people but for us it wasn’t and it was lacking in many areas.
