Great, safe, and clean option!

The owner is great at communicating and helping with anything you need. I felt very safe in this area and at the vrbo. It's relatively close to everything.

Great place to stay!

Very clean, comfortable bed, location is easy to get to I75, great communication and extras such as snacks, coffee, bedding. Definitely stay again!!

Beautiful and cozy mini suite

Enjoyed the stay. The suite was well organized. Extremely cleaned. The owner provided assistance with blankets and sheets for extra bed. Overall, I recommend this suite with ample parking space.

Wunderbar ausgestattetes Appartment im Wald

Begrüßt wurden wir von einer liebevoll dekorierten Inneneinrichtung, hier hatte jemand ganz offensichtlich Spaß an buntem Nippes. Das bereitgestellte Wasser im Kühlschrank war hochwillkommen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Terasse lädt mit Sonnenschirm zum Frühstück ein, bis die Mücken kommen... Die Gegend besteht aus erschlossener Wildnis mit einzeln stehenden Häusern in der Nachbarschaft.

A quiet time

Very nice and clean! It had just what we needed. Bathroom shower and a kitchen stocked with just what we needed to make the meals we wanted. It’s a bit far out in the country but the drive was worth the nice quiet night we had to sleep once we got there. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Training

Were in town to catch some spring training baseball games. Property was reasonable priced and met our needs. Location was convenient to I-75.

Pleasant experience

We found it to be very clean and organized. Christina had it set up nice and was very accommodating. Smooth process. Area was very quiet and peaceful.

Comfortable and quiet

Sweet Spot

-We came to the area from across the country to do a campus visit at Ave Maria University. Having never been to the area, I chose a rental that I thought would be proximate to the University, and it wasn’t too far-25 minutes by car. -The owners put a lot of thought into the decor and cleanliness was evident all around. -Many small touches added to the comfort and hospitality! For example, my son appreciated the snacks that were left! -The bed in the main bedroom was extraordinarily comfortable. The sofa bed, not so much, but that’s kind of to be expected when it comes to sofa beds! 😉 -I enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the sunshine to read a book, and I loved all the little lizards running around! -The kitchen in this rental is very well stocked, not just with cooking dishes and supplies, but also with spices and seasonings, coffee, and tea, etc. -It’s abundantly obvious that the owners pay attention to the small details to make their guests feel welcome and right at home! -We did a grocery store run and cooked a lot of our meals there so we wouldn’t have to buy meals out. Plenty of space to store and prepare foods. -One thing I did not anticipate was the driving distance to/from things. As mentioned above, 25 minutes to Ave, Maria, University, 40+ minutes to the beach at Naples…there were not a lot of amenities very nearby as far as I could tell. Be aware you may need to plan for that. -Quiet and restful spot w/great communication all the way!

Naples Getaway

We weren’t sure what this place was going to look like right at first, but we’re surprised when we first stepped in the door! Christina had it decorated and set up beautifully, with everything we needed plus more! Christina checked to make sure we had everything we needed after we got in and settled! I definitely recommend Christina’s little place! You will not regret a minute of it!

Clean and Cozy

We are very particular about staying at places that are clean and we were very impressed with how clean this place was. The communication back and forth was exceptional. It was rainy during our stay and the umbrella that was provided made our trip much more enjoyable! We will definitely look into staying here if we are in the area again.

Excellent !

Hidden gem ! This place is beautiful ! The host has thought if everything you may need with your stay from a-tips to dental sticks to bug spray . The bed is the absolutely incredible , she even had the place decorated for Valentine’s Day including the chocolates! I will be seeing if this place is available my next time in town ! Thank you Christina for a wonderful stay !

Wonderful Stay

Everything was great from the check-in through departure. There were a lot of thoughtful details such as games to borrow and little snacks. There is a fully equipped kitchen, nice shower, and easily adjusted climate control. The host, Christina was always available to answer any questions. I will be back!

Adorable little place

This was one of the cleanest and cutest little places we have stayed. The host thought of everything to help make your stay perfect!! Coffee and creamer, sugar, spices, etc. She even had q-tips and cotton rounds in the bathroom. The outdoor patio was adorable and the property around was so peaceful. The only negative would be there aren’t many things around like restaraunts . But such a cute place. highly recommend to any couples coming through the area.

visit was too short.

Super clean and comfortable. We really liked returning here each day after exploring the region. Sitting on the porch with the sun setting is very relaxing. Cristina is very considerate and has many personal touches that make her place cheerful and cozy.

Phenomenal

Christina’s guest suite was a phenomenal place to stay for our vacation. All the small touches (e.g., batteries, ironing board, ziploc bags,etc) made a difference for us. The unit truly had everything we needed. Plus, the king size bed was super cozy. Thank you so much for hosting us!

I would to say the people that own this place are great people, very friendly. They left us all kind of treats. An even give us a Christmas Eve gift. Such a clean and quiet location. The cottage is stocked with every possible necessity you need!
