A great location. We were able to walk to Capital Hill, the LOC, the Supreme Court and the White House. It was very clean and we didn't have any issues communicating about check-in or departure.If you're in DC to see things this is a great place to stay.

House was very nice, very good location easy walk to union station. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Wish there was a stove to cook some meals but overall very good.

Close location to Union Station metro allows for easy navigation around the city. The property was clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive.

Very clean, in a perfect and quiet location. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores - overall would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and very comfortable for our DC trip. We enjoyed the easy walk to the Capitol and the quiet neighborhood. Easy location for sightseeing museums or Capitol business and quick access to the Union Station, if you're up for a short walk. There are also groceries, restaurants and other necessities with in an easy walking distance. We would love to stay again there is so much to see in and do in DC.

Overall the property was fine. We had an issue with the AC that was never resolved. Sleeping was nearly impossible as it was incredibly humid in the unit with no fans.

Great stay for me and my colleague. We both had our own space and slept comfortably. Location was good and neighborhood nice.

The host was very communicative. The property was just like the pictures indicated. It is a basement unit, so you can hear the happenings in the unit above you. They have some puppies and it was cute to hear them running back and forth. It's about a 10 minute walk from Union Station and the neighborhood is cute. There is two-hour parking on the street Monday - Friday 9 - 5 PM or you can park with a permit. We were there on a Thursday night - Monday, so we found a garage near what we wanted to visit for Friday, then were able to park all weekend on the street. Just a heads up if you're traveling during the week. I would stay again.

Nice unit BUT VERY NOISY. Weekdays the people and dog above were loud beginning at 5:40am. Friday night there was a party and music until 1:30am. I wish the quiet hours would have been in place for all building tenants.

Great stay in DC

Overall a very nice stay in this property. Very convient to union station and all of the sites in DC. Also close to multiple grocery stores and nice neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. My family would stay there again.
