Great walking distance just be mind full the ball field is right across the street so it can get loud on the weekend. I recommend that if you drive leave your car in the parking spot or you might come back to someone else parked in the spot. The host was extremely helpful on getting that situation resolved. Karl was an amazing host.

Great location, and it was so helpful to have a parking spot. The unit also has a comfy rollaway cot which was excellent.

The house was clean and fully stocked. You can't get any closer to the Nationals stadium its literally feet away, plus free parking with your stay.

Great location, right next to left field stadium gate. Pleasantly surprising minimal noise at night, ear plugs not needed to sleep. Shower a little hard to access due to high step, be careful if older. Shower has to be shared by 2 bedrooms. This is petty, but no kitchen knives for cutting veggies, fruits, slicing bagels, etc. Best restaurant was Silver Diner, near main gate. No shopping in the area, would have to take an uber to Georgetown. Pretty close to Wharf, which we enjoyed, but just restaurants and nice water views. Overall, great stay for out of towners who want to come in for great baseball (Yankees in my case).

Karl was great with communication, he responded quite quickly. Others had issues with the electronic lock, we had none. Property was clean and looks like it is a work in progress BUT it was super clean. I will stay here again in the very near future but just have to work out the dates. It is about a 5-10 min walk from the Metro. Plenty of places to eat around the corner.

Simple, clean and comfortable property. Easy 10 minute walk to the Metro. Plenty of spots for food and supplies nearby. Would definitely come back!

This property has a great location and parking. It could be so much better. It seems the owners lost interest. So poorly stocked. The kitchen had so many necessities missing. Ex. No sharp knives, not enough dishes for five people, 3 coffee mugs, one pan, etc etc. Queen bed had a terrible mattress, closet doors broken could not open. Missing pillows. Repairs needed throughout. It is a shame to let a great property going down hill like this.

Excellent location! It’s across the street from the National’s Stadium and within walking distance of restaurants. The kitchen and living area is a spacious open floor plan that could accommodate my family of 5. Every thing was very clean. The door locks were difficult to open, but Karl responded promptly with a phone call.

Perfect stay for any venue in area.

Wife and I took daughter and her best friend to a concert across the street. The location and convenience of this place is perfect. We will be looking to stay here in the future.

Overall location was awesome. Especially for a Nationals game. Had issues with the entry lock - was given the wrong code to get in which led to issues on the first day. Communication was great with host. Mouse ran through kitchen on day 2. Some repairs/replacements should be made.

Host was very helpful. When one of our guests left their wedding ring behind, he arranged to have it mailed back. He also was prepared to respond and assist when elderly guests couldn’t figure out the electronic lock. Pros: Great location for a Nationals game. You are right across the street from the ballpark, two blocks from restaurants and bars, and three blocks from the metro. The bus stops right outside the condo. House was very clean. Parking spot in front of rental. New washer/dryer/dishwasher/fridge.Lots of spare linens.Cons:Don’t plan to cook here. There were enough dishes for 4 of us to eat breakfast, 3 k cups, and a couple of stainless steel bowls. The kitchen was otherwise empty. Beds are very firm.If you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night and you go to bed early, you will be able to hear music from the bars. The full bathroom is a jack and Jill style with 2 doors that enter the primary bedroom. One of these doesn’t fit the door frame and so doesn’t fully close. It’s not accessible for people with mobility issues - apartment is up a narrow flight of stairs and bedrooms are up one floor higher. The tub requires you to step over the side to enter and there are no non slip adjustments in tub. Overall has a lot of potential, and the price is great, but there is a lot of maintenance to be done (burned out lightbulb, broken toilet paper holder left dangling, broken bedroom door) and a lot of repairs and upgrades that were DIY or done on the cheap.

Broken door in bedroom, dirty walls, ripped couch, no bags in bathroom trash cans.We didn't have a car but the spot that was designated for us had a car parked in it so maybe want to clarify it is available. Overall not impressed. We wouldn't rent there again.

Dear Anthony, I am sorry you were not able to enjoy your stay as you expected. I can clarify that the general upkeep items, you mentions in your review, were all addressed. The door was changed, rip in the sofa was taken care of, as for the walls - our cleaning lady typically bring items as this to our attention for the repair or touch up. All walls are clean and trash bags are now in the bathroom cans. Cheers, Karl

Great area, convenient to the Washington Nationals field and great coffee shops. Home is old row type home with alot of character. Would definitely stay again.
