The beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive to our needs. The bathroom sink could use a bit of an upgrade as it was pretty small. The location is great as it is close to 2 Metro stations, a grocery store, a drug store and a fabulous Pho restaurant! It was convenient to be able to use a great washer and dryer as we purposely did not overpack.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Accommodations were as advertised. Easy to get around to restaurants and grocery stores. Home was clean and welcoming. Host was easy to reach and helpful about DC area. Plan to return

Perfect location. Close to the Van Ness metro which facilitated lots of adventures throughout the city. Rod was helpful, personable, and very prompt with communication.

Host was very welcoming, responsive and definitely a kind man. Only issue was that one of the full beds in the bedrooms was low to the floor with a slight slope but I slept on it and it was fine. Besides that, everything else was pretty good. Parking wasn't to hard to find either. Nice quiet neighborhood.

We had a lovely stay when we came to visit our daughter who is attending American University. The location was perfect--close to the Metro stop, a grocery store, and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The host sent us great communication to make check-in and check-out easy, and provided tons of great area information. Hope we'll have a chance to stay here again! Would recommend!

The property was clean well equipped and provided a fabulous relaxing environment for us after a long day travelling and while we were sightseeing. The hosts communicated with us prior to our stay and during our stay . The hosts provided lots of information leaflets to help us plan our visit. We all thoroughly enjoyed and would use again

Excellent communication and assistance. Nice yard and great location with easy access to public transportation. The home is comfortable and clean. As noted, it is a basement so downside is limited natural light.

Convenient location and great communication with host. Some noise from people/dog walking upstairs but it usually stopped before it got too late. Overall I'd recommend based on location and value.

This place makes for a wonderful stay! The hosts were very gracious, the neighborhood is great for walking, and the proximity to the metro is excellent.

A very comfortable apartment with excellent, caring hosts. The location is perfect for exploring DC and the neighbourhood has the shops and restaurants you need. Highly recommended!

The location of the home is very close to the metro. The neighborhood is very family friendly. The space was clean and comfortable. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions and very gracious.

Amazing launch site for my families trip to DC. So close to the zoo, metro, and amazing food. The beds were great, as was the kitchen space.

Great homey place to stay

We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. Rod, the host, was incredibly attentive and responsive, and the property was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for us. Would recommend and stay again!
